Location is perfect. Its very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The onsen was lovely after several days on my feet. Surprise bonus of noodles at night was very welcoming.

The hotel is right next to Nara station with 3 minutes walk. Lots of dining options close by. The room is a bit smaller but really enjoyed the Onsen and the free drinks. I will definitely go back!

This was an absolutely fantastic hotel. I loved the aesthetic and all of the amenities provided. It was very nice of the staff to provide me with tattoo patches when I hadn't been able to find them so that I could enjoy their onsen. The rooms were in perfect condition and the staff was very accommodating of me trying to communicate in Japanese, switching to very good English when there were words I didn't know or things I didn't know how to say. It's also just a short 20 minute walk from Nara Park. Overall a very nice place.

お盆の繁忙期であることを考慮しても、インバウンドの受け入れすぎで、入浴はできませんでした。温泉が売りで、部屋のシャワーブースはとても狭いのに、家族全員そこで済ませました。インバウンドの割合を抑える等しないと日本の方は来なくなると思います。温泉の利用マナーもできているのか不安です。楽しみにしていたのにとても残念です。

Fantastic onsen hotel

Onsen was great, very family friendly. Nice extra treats are given after exiting the onsen, and other bonuses like evening noodles felt nice and premium. Only downside was that no children still in nappies/diapers were allowed in the onsen, and the room didn’t have a bath, so it was hard to bathe our 1 year old.

We just left the Onyado Nono hotel which they were my favorite hotel but we are so disappointed with the miss communication with the booking this year. We only booked one room with 13 nights for 2 adults + 1 kids who are 13 years old. However, we ended up paying for an additional room for my 13 years old son for 13 more nights. The reason is the hotel said on reservation it only said 2 adults with a 2 year old child. I was so upset and frustrated. I didn’t know what to do. I really don’t understand I book my whole trip together for from 5/31/2025 to 6/30/2025. One hotel to another, none of the hotels has problems at all but except this one. Please tell me what to do.

I stayed at this hotel at Level 7, hotel kept a special arrangement is can't wear shoes inside hotel including public area & corridors after completion of check-in process, at first it was not used to such practice but it is a nice experience for me. Breakfast was excellent with various choices. Hot spring, night noodles provision & some facilities are exactly same with Dormy Inn hotel. Overall it is a fantastic & amazing hotel for our stay.
