Updated, clean, family run hotel

We had a partial ocean view which was nice, big windows on second floor. Hotel has been updated. Small deck overlooking the Ocean open to all guests. Sheets were kinda rough. Grocery store bagels and fruit loops and Cheerios for breakfast. Large urn of hot coffee. About 1/2 mile walk to beach entrance. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Superb location and ocean views

Spectacular view of the ocean from our 2nd floor room with balcony. The extra sitting space with ocean view was especially appreciated. There is a beautiful large lawn in front of the hotel which gave some families a perfect place to play and fly kites. Great location near Narragansett Town Beach.

Bare bones...Horrible continental breakfast. Bed was excellent, water was hot ! Had to ask to have the room cleaned. Staff was courteous. Great location. too expensive for what you got. What expedia gave us for A PRICE WAS NOT HONORED !

I enjoyed the stay at the Atlantic House. The room was ok - a little bit on the smaller side and the bathroom could use an update but by all means was sufficient. The Air conditionning worked well and defintely kept the room cool.The breakfast consisted of bagels or two different type of cereal - not very exciting but that was not what the purpose was of our visit. Overall good accommodations.

The location was super conveniently located near Narragansett Beach restaurants, the Blessing of the Fleet festival and road race finish line and I appreciated the simple coffee and bagel offerings in the morning. However, my motel room had a few easily fixable issues, including a badly clogged bathtub drain, a chair with a broken leg, and a fire alarm light that was hanging from the ceiling. The staff were personable and professional.

This hotel was very nice overall. Our room had a separate sitting area with the fridge and microwave. I have a few minor complaints, but I still rate the property a 5. The TV was in a slightly weird location. The balcony was very narrow. The breakfast was just OJ, some bagels, and coffee. We ended up going out for breakfast. Other than these minor issues, I recommend the hotel.

It was a great location, nice view, comfy room and pleasant staff. A few reviews complained about the pillows and they could use an upgrade, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Ok for the location not the best room cleanliness.

Was ok, great location, staff was friendly, Breakfast is not really breakfast just cheap bagels and some cereal. Room was quiet and good size. Smelled really musty in the room. Not sure why. Air conditioner was clean and room was clean just super super musty.

Good location, partial view of ocean. Ivan at check in wonderful. Room run down. Had 1 interaction with lady on phone. Debbie maybe? Extremely rude and condescending. Floor in bedroom very uneven, tripping hazard. When I spoke to blonde lady at desk re this she was very confrontational, denied seeing problem in room, walked out in a huff. Will never stay there again
