Patience

The hotel is nice. The breakfast is good. The room was nice and spacious. Unfortunately one of the 3 elevators was always broken during our stay of 6 days. So you needed a lot of patience to have breakfast on floor 6 or to get to the pool on the same floor. Our room was on the 19th floor and we walked up the stairs 4 times because we didn't feel like waiting after 10 minutes. So you need time and patience in this hotel.

This hotel is in a great area, walking distance to Broadway, and our room was newly renovated. We quite enjoyed our space for a family of four. The breakfast was good and plentiful and the staff is very friendly. The valet parking crew are equally amazing. I only had to deduct a star for the elevators. It was a chore to get up and down using them. There are three but one was out of service. We sometimes had to wait 10 min for an elevator and other times we took the stairs. If not for the elevator issue, the hotel is a perfect stay and I would revisit again.
