Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The locations of the property was beautiful. Bed was okay but the pillows were very uncomfortable. I asked for extra sheets for my son to sleep on the sofa bed/chase and they didn’t bring it. I asked the cleaning lady the next day and she set it up.
We paid for the diamond club stay and would NEVER do that again. We did not get our moneys worth. They could not get us decent reservations. They would only reserve us for 9:30 which was closing time and they ran out of food. Service was also not the best because it was the end of the day. Our butler told us he couldn’t get us reservations at hibachi because it was full. We went anyway, paid the host and all of a sudden it they had availability.
Getting towels was like pulling teeth.
There is also a nude beach right next to the family side/diamond club me no one warned us so my kids witnessed it while swimming in the beach. A warning would have been nice. The room has holes in the walls that were patched up.
The things I did like was the hibachi staff and food, the location with the beach view, and Chevalle, the bar tender at the diamond club pool.
I also like Roxanne at the buffet. The buffet was actually our favorite place to eat. Great variety of food and really good.
When I went to complain about certain things at the diamond club, they seemed to say “we are working on it” but it was just to get you out of there. If I ever go back, I would not pay extra for the diamond club, but I don’t think I would ever go back.
