i make the reservation for smoke free and the personal gave me a room straight cigarettes smell then I have to tell him I didn’t like cigarettes smell he switch me for a room looking like a housekeeping room for the third time then switch me for a nice comfortable room I stay there every time I go to visits my family in NewHaven this is the first time happening this to me after the inconvenience everything good

I was disappointed with the recent stay. I've stayed in the moral in the past so I was anticipating better. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and my clothes still reek of the smell. I shouldn't have to tell anyone about this when all it takes is for someone to clean and air out the room before I arrive. This was a surprising result from a place I liked in the past.

I got in room there were no refrigerator and no microwave to heat the food, asked the gentleman why there’s no microwave and refrigerator in the room, instead of helping me having a microwave to heat up my food, he kept arguing with me about the reservation, oh I did select a room with microwave and refrigerator while every reservation I have made I never have to select that. Customer service was very bad. You’ve been loosing one customer… good luck
