Property was good. Sidewalks in french quarter were not suitable for anyone in a wheel chair. We did not have an "accessible" room, but the hoyer fit under the bed.

So from day one we had very little towels for four people in the room we had very little soap, shampoo, or conditioner. I had to go buy some. The shower would not drain and when it did left a black rim of dirt and grime in the shower, trash cans, never got emptied, room was never cleaned our entire stay. There were no blankets on the bed, just sheets and a top sheet and a thin little grey blanket. We didn’t have comforters and the air conditioning would not work. I could not get above a certain temperature in the room. It was always cold Wind and rain came through the door that was barred shut, but would not bar shut completely so there was an open gap where my shoes got wet on the floor and the toilet would not flush. I would have to flush it three times to get anything to go down once it did work not to mention the toilet was next to the shower like less than a quarter of a inch away, I was not happy and I will never go back. I should have read the reviews more carefully about the place And it’s not worth anything above a one star it’s like a motel six basically. And lastly the property overcharged us an egregious amount and kept saying they would fix it and never did. Be weary of staying at this property.

The room was very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. We stayed for Mardi Gras and the property is near parade route, Bourbon St., good restaurants, Cafe Beignet, shopping, and all the things the French Quarter has to offer. We will be returning.
