I had stayed at this hotel several years ago and enjoyed so I had assumed that it would be similar. I was shocked at the condition of the facility, it smelled terrible and there was obvious disrepair everywhere I looked. On top of that, I thought being charged for parking in Kenner seemed a bit much. The bright spot was the very polite front desk staff, I put no blame on them.

The window in my room is shattered. There are roaches all over the room. I had to provide my credit card even though I paid through expedia.

Service was good. Friendly staff. But the place, furniture, showers, etc are all dated. I couldnt even sit on the couch or chairs in the room i had bc theres no telling how long theyve been there. Shower was the type that you didnt wanna touch any surface unless absolutely necessary. Breakfast was make your own waffles.
