The breakfast was phenomenal, truly the best pancakes I’ve had in my life. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable! I do suggest key access in all the areas or security guiding the door with a lock after a certain time, I noticed a few homeless people wandering around. And this hotel is high end so I truly don’t expect to see such things here. As I was sitting down having dinner, there was a homeless man who ended up in the dining area and he was sitting there asking people to buy him drinks. He could’ve followed someone onto the elevator and ended up in a guest floor which is scary and dangerous.

Overall the property itself is decent for the price. However the doors of each room close very easily which resulted in a LOT of people slamming them very loudly. It was quite frustrating the frequency that it occurred.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful! The service was impeccable. We were greeted upon arrive by the valet, and welcomed by the gentleman at the front door. The hotel had a marvelously relaxing fragrance directly upon entrance. We are Marriott Bonvoy members and received a $15 credit for food and beverages per night, we received free car train tickets from the concierge, and vouchers for two delicious free hot breakfast buffets that even had an omelette station! We were even given a free upgrade to a river view room! The beds were top notch “Westin Heavenly Beds” that had me sleeping in every day of our vacation.

Great location, walking distance to many different shops, restaurants but not too close to crowded areas. The staff were all so great and friendly. The hotel was very nice and clean had the amenities needed while you travel. Would definitely stay there again.
