Beautifully furnished with Florida flair, this gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bath beach home is located within walking distance to the car-free beach. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. Large yard with a covered patio featuring a gas bar-b-que grill and plenty of seating to relax. Spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, leather couch, and large flat screen HDTV. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless appliances and everything you'll need to prepare your favorite island delight. The dining room, located off the kitchen, features seating for 6.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, flat screen HDTV, and a private bath with his/her sinks and a walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom with queen-size bed, bay window, and flat-screen HDTV. 3rd bedroom with a bunk bed featuring a twin on the top, a twin on the bottom, and a pullout full-size bed. The 2nd bath features a tub/shower.

This updated home also features a large sunroom with a mini-bar for entertaining. Free WiFi, board games, beach toys, beach chairs, boogies boards, and a beach buggy to pull items to the beach, are available for use. This home does not have a landline.
