The staff was outstanding, the rooms nice. the only reason I gave 3 stars for facility is because the gym is tiny and very stuffy, not very good ventilation.

Love the location. The staff were all very kind and helpful! Room with double bed for one person is great, just me, only there to sleep and refresh. So just be aware of the size of rooms - would have been a tight squeeze if I wasn't traveling alone. But everything else about the place was very good!

We had two rooms and they did not have the same amenities in each. One had a mini fridge the other did not… that was weird. Each room only had one nightstand but it had Plenty of charging ports. The staff were lovely and supportive, the cleaning was fine. I do wish there was an accessible entrance but the doormen carried my walker up and down. There was a ton of construction noise (3/15/2025) and the rooms were not very sound proof. However the hotel was central to all the shows and very walkable area minus construction; the bar in the lobby was lovely and the bartender was very gracious.
