We were greeted warmly and had no trouble checking in. All the front desk staff were very helpful in advising us on transport and how to get around he city. They called cabs for us and made sure we were comfortable in our surroundings. Really enjoyed our short stay and would recommend hotel.

Great staff

Christian was a welcoming face at the front desk, in fact, all the staff were so helpful and kind. The hotel room was clean. Coffee in the morning and water on hand. Showers water pressure and temp were great. The hotel needs some cash put into new construction and design, cracks around windows and dated decor. However, for the price and location not bad.

It was clean. Great location. Some of the electrical outlets in the rooms were loose but other than that we were quite happy. There is no concierge service to help you buy tickets etc but the people that work the front desk and lobby were always very helpful and accommodating.

2nd time staying at this property. Great location and pleasant staff. Room was quiet. Safe was small (couldn't fit our laptops), and when we asked to use a wine opener, we were told they didn't have one. They have a full bar... it doesn't seem like something difficult to have at reception in case someone wants to open a bottle. Other than that, great stay and would stay again.

A bed and a bathroom.

Their motto should be “need a bed and a bathroom? We have those.” Room was tiny. I was upgraded from a double bed to a queen, which was nice, but unnecessary. Still, the price and location were perfect for what I needed.

Great Value in Times Square

We had a great time here. Rooms look just like the pictures. We had a double bed room and it was good for one person per. Two in a bed would be a little snug. Bathroom was modern and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. They also offer a complementary wine at 5 PM at the bar for an hour.
