Room was super tiny. Shelves but no closets. Fridge but no microwave. Staff has a tendency to leave front desk often. Still, great location and felt safe in room and in neighborhood. Definite would stay again

Came here for a solo trip. Location is a little off the beaten path by train/subway, and maybe a little sketch, but it's easy by road. Price is great. Room was mostly fine, but furnishings were minimal and a little beat. There isn't much close by, so you'll be hoofing it at least ten minutes towards downtown Brooklyn for restaurants, potentially further for easy subway access. This place is directly under the BQE, so there's going to be traffic noise - I thought it was fine for being right next to the highway, but if you're sensitive to noise, this might be a tough stay. For the price, this was more than fine; I'd stay again if needed. Keep your expectations in check.

I already sent a complaint to Expedia and expect a response soon. This is not advertised correctly. It is a scary place. My room was cleaned ONLY once for the 4 nights I stayed. I asked twice to clean and bever done. The windows are covered so you cant see out. AND rooms are not well lit. The Lobby has NO seating. Nothing. I paid 240.00 a night for what? Shame on you Expedia. I will only use Hotels Yonight.Better service and they care and resoond.

located in a good area for traveling, ac works, tv negatives - could be cleaner - bed was a bit hard - carpet needs cleaning - desk but no chair? - could tell someone smoked in the room Overall my stay was okay, it was only three nights but could better. You get what you pay for pretty much.

Very unclean. Don’t be fooled by the pictures.

Our room was not clean at all. It wasn’t like they didn’t turn it over, it was just dirty. The carpet in our room was filthy. So stained it was crispy. The furniture had burn marks all over it and the air conditioner wouldn’t stay on. We ended up shortening our trip because we didn’t feel comfortable staying. When we asked to be swapped to a different room, they said they were booked but we literally never ran into another human in this place. The guy who checked us in was very nice but he was gone by the time we saw the condition of our room. Very disappointed. We have never had such a bad experience at a hotel booked through this site.

Room is good, the area is a bit sketchy

The room itself was very clean. My room was on the second floor. The window is blocked out with a film so you're not able to have any outside view. The shower pressure is very low, so be aware of that. Towels were clean and everything was stocked. A/c was great. The staff were friendly. Be aware the location of the hotel is in a sketchy area, so be careful. Next door is a bodega and liquor store. Otherwise, no restaurants or shops are around.

Do NOT stay here.

This is NOT a hotel you want to stay the night in. My friend and I entered the room and left 10 minutes later. We requested a non-smoking room, there was an ashtray on the table. The beds were made, they were the only clean thing in the room. There was a DIRTY sex couch in our room. Picture attached.

Tried to check in at around 5:00 PM after an 6 hour drive in major traffic and the room wasn’t ready. Was told to wait in the car until room was ready. Paid a lot for a dingy room in the basement. Only good thing was the night manager allowed us to park behind the hotel for the night.

Did not enjoy the stay at. Room had a horrendous pot smell in it and I had three kids with me. Try to change rooms they said they have nothing else available. They had one room in a basement I was told. The pot smelling room we had was not clean. At 5:38 AM we were awakened by a woman screaming in the hallway for 15 minutes. Went out to my car in the rear lot and there was several sketchy folks lying on the ground near the vehicles doing God only knows what. I would like a call back or an email with the manager because I’d like to be compensated for my room that I spent nearly $500 on. My three children should not have to sleep in an environment like that along with the putrid smell of the weed

Unreliable staff - although we contacted the hotel before regarding our split check-in (some guests arrived earlier), the man behind the reception desk acted as if he had never heard about us coming later at night (2 am!) and refused to give us the key, claiming there was no reservation under my name. We spent 15 min discussing it with him in the middle of the night. His disposition was unfriendly and unhelpful. The place is old in a sketchy neighbourhood. The rooms were clean but old. Definitely not worth the price we paid. OK just for a night.
