It’s ok , a bit below average and what I expected . The location is nice but overall the hotel had nothing special , no coffee machine or complimentary coffee/tea. Room is quite small . Room price is fair to NYC however Although I paid fully on the app including taxes … we had to pay extra 80$ upon checkout for fee charges and tax which dint make sense .

Great location, staff and service. Clean and nice atmosphere. Thzt said, I was not informed until I checked in, that there was high decible jack hammering construction going on righ outside my window that was scheduled from 8am to 5pm everyday. - I could see this has been going on for weeks, and it would have been a nice courtesy to let me know this. It was impossible to sleep through as the room was shaking combined with a deafining noise. In fact it was so loud I couldn't hear the TV in my room. - Four what I paid for the room, this was a huge dissapointment.

So many midtown NYC hotels are like this. Grimy, small, unreliable, smelly, dilapidated etc. The mindset is "well, it's New York!" or that you should be grateful to have anything at all. It's bonkers. No fridges, No Ice, No gym, front desk workers that get mad at you for asking for help. Small rooms. Beds that are chipping and falling apart. Mildew filled shower curtains. Windows that look out to the side of a building. Thin walls. The worst part was elevators that don't work. Climbing a tiny staircase up 9 flights wasn't exactly my idea of hospitality worth paying for. I wish I had a refund but don't like being a Karen. I guess I'll just type about it. Horrible hotel.

I hd booked two rooms for two people, they were 5 floor apart despite my initial request they be together . Room was small, i had a view if the dirty alleyway. The bed faced directly at the door, it was creepy and uncomfortable. No amenities. No coffee maker in room or no free coffee in lobby, no water in the room, shower was barely flowing. For one night it was doable. Anymore than that i wouldn't recommend it!

A bit noisy due to construction. Mini bar in room not working. Staff brought up a mini fridge. No microwave in room. Staff is very friendly. Great location, near Times Square, Carnegie Hall and a number of good delis and diners.

The deal the Hotel has with the Champion Parking Garage is awful, very bad, it's a joke. The food in the Serafine restaurant is very very expensive, it is not worth to eat in>

This is a nice, fun, cozy hotel when it's quiet. Note that there is crazy-loud construction noise coming from adjacent properties from 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays. The noise is not simply an annoyance. You can't sleep through it. It's even difficult to hold a conversation while it's going on. So, this is a good hotel if you're saying over a weekend, or if you know you're going to be out of the room between those hours. Otherwise, probably best to avoid.
