Great location, clean, well appointed room, and each person in our room received a voucher for a free drink at the bar. The bartender was super friendly. Our room was on the 24th floor and we had a beautiful view of the Chrysler building and river. Two car garages adjacent to the property made this a convenient location. Highly recommend!

Room was spacious and beds and bathroom were clean, can't say the same for that carpet. With all that said, the location is amazing. Walking distance from the grandcentral station and Bryant park, and easy to get to upperside and downtown Manhattan. Would stay here again

The hotel was walking distance to alot of places: 15 mins walk to Rockefeller, Saks 5th, Bryant Park, and Time Square and about 25 mins to Macys. Theres lots of places to eat as well. Close to bus stop and subway. Its less than 10 min walk to Grand Central Station. The hotel is very nice, clean, modern. There is no breakfast but they have snacks and drinks available. There is a small cooler and a keurig but no microwave. There is a hairdryer. They have a yoga mat, workout band but no iron. There is also a resort fee of $25+tax per night as well.

Amazing stay! Staff was so friendly and helpful! Room was clean and shower was just perfect. Staff was able to help us with our bags after check out but before out flight and helped us get transportation. Room keys to unlock our floor made us feel so safe as a couple 20 year old girls visiting the city. Location was so close to grand central and times square that we walked a lot of our trip but also close enough to subway terminals when we needed to go farther. Will be staying again next time we plan a trip to NYC.

clean and modern room, comfortable beds, nice breakfast, helpful staff. We had a great view of Crysler building from room on 27th floor. The bathroom didn't have great privacy as it's just a sliding door. We are not sued to such a large security deposit on the $25 charge per night on top but this might be common in NYC.

Didn’t rate this hotel, for the price it is incredibly basic. At check in the staff didn’t let us know about any of the benefits for the $25 ‘amenity fee’ which I learned online includes a free welcome drink etc. The hot water comes out a milky colour, a machine coffee is $5 and they charge for hot water. The housekeeping was excellent, and the bed was comfortable, location pretty decent. Wouldn’t return.

The hotel was comfortable for our stay. Furnishings have some wear and the tv could be updated, but otherwise a nice place. The elevator had some issues one evening, but it was only a minor inconvenience. Staff were friendly.

Hotel is very convenient to Grand Central and midtown east. Very clean and large rooms. Quiet hotel, secure with a good reception and lounge. Good price for Manhattan. Of course, the ridiculous "amenity charge" or resort fee was tacked on at $30/day which is nothing short of criminal and hopefully will be regulated or made illegal by the NYC administration. Just state the real price in your ads and let the consumer decide.
