Reasonable stay

Nice hotel, but my room didn't have hot water for sink or shower before 7am (bit frustrating as I had to be out by 7am on check out to get to the airport for my flight). Reception gave me a voucher for a future visit as an apology. There's no hotel breakfast but plenty of cafes in the local area.

Well located for Grand Central station and access to midtown. Hotel room was small but normal for NYC. My reason for not giving 5 stars is that there was no safe in the room. With so many visitors coming from abroad with passports etc, these seems like a big oversight

Quiet, cozy rooms despite being located in a busy area near Grand Central. The bedding and pillows were luxury and so comfortable. The lounge on the top floor had beautiful views and complementary espresso and lattes. It was a great experience.

The room was tiny but that was not a problem for me. I was in Manhattan to shop so I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. The free wifi was fast and they had free coffee and water on the 27th floor. The coffee was delicious too. Perfect location for someone going to New York to shop. It is very close to the Grand Central terminal and the 5th Avenue shopping district. Macy’s is just one stop away on the train or a quick taxi ride away. Loved it, would go back.

This hotel is nice on the outside and inside. The rooms are cute and small but it’s very noisy. If you want to be woken up at 4 am everyday perfect but if you would like to sleep do not come here. Some floor also smelled very weird and it went into the rooms
