Disappointed. Advertised Amenities were absent. No restaurant. No bar. No on site parking. No cafe.just a coffee station. $25 resort charge that was not disclosed. Some staff courteous. One not so accommodating. Room was good size but dated. And window was drafty. So much air that the curtains swayed and very cold on that side of room. Mattress old and lumpy. I really wanted to like this place. Break my loyalty to big brands and try a chic boutique. Truly disappointed.

The heat in my room wasn't working, but the staff was very quick to remedy the situation. The Front Desk and the Housemen provide a very high level of friendly, fast, and professional hospitality. The 27th floor coffee lounge has nice views of Midtown Manhattan. It is a wonderful space.
