Staff was fantastic. Manager said hello to each employee by name. Location excellent! It was busy at check in with a slight wait but all went smoothly. Restaurants were very pretty and breakfast was great! Room was beautiful and immaculate. Would 100% stay here again!

The room was spacious, however I ended up having to unplug the heating unit in our room because it wouldn’t cut off. The location is great, but the amenities and staff are subpar. They charge to hold your bags if you arrive early, no fridge or microwave, and the Director of security is a liar. I asked him for some considerations being a veteran and Ret LEO to which he told me no problem come back and see me around 9:30-10:00. Then it was well comeback around 11:00. Then he ghosted me. To which I spoke with a NYPD officer and got better results and faster response. All I ask is for someone to be straight up and honest. The Breakfast that was included with our room was great, and once again if you’re looking for convenience and location it’s a great place but you’ll pay for a little more than you get.

The heater in the room was ridiculously loud. Every time it turned on it would sound like something was being banged around in the unit. Room 1422 unit should definitely be checked out. Will not be staying here again!
