The front of the hotel is not safe this time due to construction and there’s scaffolding which is why the walkway in going out to the 8th Avenue is dark specially the night. Upon check in things are missing from what I saw in the property details like slippers, coffee maker is broken that’s why the next day I requested coffee maker .

Left my earrings on accident; called once I arrived at TSA- 45 minutes away. I had to call housekeeping back "after 9am". We checked out at 4am, I called at 445, they had no one to go "check". When i did call back "there was nothing in the room". I get it, my fault but no one had gone in that room before housekeeping. $350 gold earrings- hope they enjoy them.

Clean room, big enough for 3 people. The bathroom was nice and well lit. There is luggage storage that was really appreciated. Ask about how parking is billed at the garage across the street....we were 2 hours passed the allowed time and had to pay another full day. Pretty bad news at the time. The location is close to FIT, Chelsea Piers, 5th Avenue and lots of coffee shops and restaurants. Nice stay overall with a lot more space than typically found in NYC.
