Great mid-town location, easy walk to Times Square and Javits tradeshow building. Nice rooms with cool style, and a great little bar down in the lobby. Stayed here 5 trips in a row, and will keep coming back.

The stay was nice and convenient to the area in Manhattan. The heat and hot water was not working one night. The staff at the desk said that it was fixed and would be working within 10 minutes. There was no heat in the room one night and the water was freezing cold. The weather was in the 20s-30s. Not acceptable especially not telling guests the truth.

Both Saturday night and Sunday during the day there was no hot water so me and my guests needed to go somewhere else to take a shower very inconvenient. How will the building compensate me for this inconvenience. When talking to the staff they couldn't help me they said contact corporate which is very poor quality

Poor Hotel

So Check in was smooth went to the room and bathroom was not clean. Out all day then come in for the night we had no heat and no hot water when ask for management I was told I had to call a regional supervisor did not offer any kind of discount I was told he had a rough night with people complaining. Will never return here

My brother and I didnt expect excellence for the price, but ill say it was a great to stay during the weekend. The rooms were clean and the maid staff was completely on point and efficient. We did have some issues with the amenities like the TV, but we never used it and i am sure we would have had it quickly fixed had we mentioned it. I will be staying here again when i find time to visit.

Overall the hotel was average, bedding wasn’t all to clean, some stain was noticeable. The bunk bed wasn’t as sturdy as we would hope it to be. The pull out couch also had noticeable stain as well. The staff was nice and helpful, location was under construction, did not look as nice as the site portrayed.

Having been to New York City many times, this was our first visit to this hotel and we will definitely be coming back. Its proximity to Penn Station as well as being able to get onto the subway on the same block makes this an easy pick for wanting to explore the city. The hotel was clean and easily accessible offering lots of food options nearby.
