The room was not what we booked. The hotel was dirty and it well taken care of. Would not recommend. Price is not worth it at all.

As a family of five we needed something comfortable and accessible. The room was clean and comfortable. Despite being grateful for the air conditioning unit, the noise generated by it was overwhelming. The lack of an extractor fan in the bathroom meant it was very hot and especially if all five room occupants used the bathroom one after the other. The room was advertised as a Samsung experience but only one of the televisions actually turned on. We reported this to reception on our second morning, but nothing changed. Overall, the hotel was accessible, clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. (Thank goodness for earplugs!)

We reserved full price for two queen beds and upon arrival we’re told they did not have that so they gave us a king bed with a rollaway that filled the room up. It didn’t make for a good trip because it was offered to get out of the bathroom around the bed that had to be put by the door. It was just not what was ordered and what we saw in the picture very disappointed.

Great hotel in a great location

We were a little wary due to the bad reviews, but had a great time, the room was spacious, clean, the location is great, service was prompt and good, always with a smile. Really nothing to complain about. Small issues: there was an attempted charge for the security deposit on our credit card, even though we left it in cash, but that got sorted. Also, not enough toiletries for a room of 5 for 6 nights, but I think we could have asked for more. There were complimentary snacks and water on the first day.

We were super disappointed in our stay. The staff were not helpful and very rude.The room was not clean or comfortable. Wallpaper was peeling in every room. Broken bathroom faucets. Floors were filthy. Bedding was questionable. We will not be staying here ever again.
