Old, it smells, and outdated. When leaving the guy that handles their taxi service quoted me a flat fee but when the ride was over it was clear it was no way near a flat fee, scam!

El hotel es antiguo, necesita remodelacion. La habitación me la cambiaron 3 veces la llaves no funcionaban y uno de los cuartos el aire no funcionaba. El costo es muy alto para el servicio que ofrecen. Del Staff Jose es el mejor brindando un buen servicio al cliente. Es céntrico pero no vuelvo a hospedarme ahi.

No refrigerator, no microwave, dirty linen, towels, hotel. Never again. Then had the nerve to charge another non-refundable $50.00 bucks for what we still don't understand after the fee quoted was already paid before we arrived to the property. The fee was not mentioned before hand and was a surprise after arriving tired and exhausted with no time to find or book another hotel after 1:30am. Room was not as advertised and staff was not at all helpful. If I could post pictures, you'd see and spare yourself the nightmare.

"Twin/Double" room as listed on website with a photo of TWO twin beds DOES NOT MEAN you get 2 beds, so beware. Front desk staff just stonewalled us and said "Everyone gets confused about that" but they do not have a solution for you. You get one bed and thats your fault I guess. Elevators are slow and skip floors so expect to wait 10-15 minutes per trip up and down while the staff plays dumb about the issue. The cleaning crew is amazing though. The housekeeping was very helpful and accomadating. Front desk didn't seem to care about anything. The location is amazing but every guest I interacted with was disgusted with the issues I listed. A lot of people had the same bad experience with booking and the dismissive staff.

The staff was great. The bathroom is a bit small and the shower water often spilled out onto the rest of the bathroom floor. I couldn't find an electrical socket near the bed, thankfully I had a long cord for my charger. Also you had to wait a while for the elevator but that is typical for NYC. In general though the hotel was great and the location was perfect as it was so close to Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center and all of the Broadway shows.

Only if you’re desperate.

Traveling with my son. Wrong room type was booked. I booked two beds and there was only one. All other rooms were sold out, so I had to stay somewhere else on night one and pay for second room on night two. Hotel staff uncaring. Could not even book night two room at desk. Had to book online even though I was standing right there. Also, asked to check in early (1:30 pm). Apparently had room ready, but $50 fee for 1.5 hour early check. SO…travelled for 6 hours to NYC to find no place to sleep. No cot, no extra mattress, no concern for customer.

Not worth it

Everything is wrong. Reserved a queen bed but got a double bed and they argued this was a queen. Everything is old, broken or damaged. Not really clean. Elevator was always broken. The only good thing os the location really close to time square.
