Will start saying it is not a family friendly property. First, they don’t have crib available. Second, the room doesn’t have a fridge or a microwave so if you are traveling with kids as I was and need to store milk, or warm up a bottle you won’t be able. After saying this let’s go to next part. The hotel have 3 elevators, and just one was working. The employees only elevator was to persons with large bags os stroller like me because the regular elevator didn’t fit a stroller inside. With that betting said, we waited for almost 20 minutes to get inside a elevator which for me looks unacceptable. If this wasn’t enough, they are have “issues” with the door card key. It wasn’t working, so in order to get in the room someone from staff had to go with us to open the door. The room we stayed was clean but with mold in the bathroom, the window are really dirty so we didn’t have any city view and the furniture was broken and outdated. One off the employees made us waiting 20 minutes to do the check in because he was waiting for the shift change and clearly he didn’t want to work, so he choose to make us wait until the shift changes. The location is convenient, walkable to many locations but the service and the amenities doesn’t worth for the price. We definitely stayed in others hotels for the same price and with more comfort and better staff and amenities. Not staying again for sure

The elevators were barely working or too slow. Literally would have to wait 10-15 at times just to use the elevator as one of them was down the entire stay and they are very small. Also one of the times we had to take the stairs there was water on the steps and my sister slipped on the stairs which was ridiculous and we had to tell the staff downstairs to make sure it was cleaned up so no one else would hurt themselves. We also got locked out of our rooms and had to wait 20+ minutes to enter our rooms as we learned all guests had the same issues. The cleaning staff on floor 5 was great though and always made sure we had what we needed. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and by far this was the worst.

Stay: 5/29/25 - 6/01/25. Deluxe Twin/Twin Room Pros: The location is fantastic! It lies in the heart of the theatre district. Literally a 7-10 min walk to most of the theatres, Times Square & subway. Helpful during incremental weather. The front desk staff were very courteous, helpful and professional. The housekeeping staff was also very helpful & attentive. The mattresses were very comfortable & the room clean. A nice medium size chest of drawers for your belongings. The WiFi connection was excellent & fast. The water pressure was adequate & shower hot. Both the a/c unit and heater worked very well. Delicious Wolfgang Puck coffee pods. Clean lobby bathrooms! There is a nice inexpensive to moderately priced Chinese restaurant attached to the hotel lobby. Our meal was enjoyable & service was very good. Both a solid value.. Cons: Most electrical outlets in the room would not hold the plugs for our devices. They kept falling out the sockets. We had to "gerry rig" in order for them to stay plugged in. The bathroom exhaust fan was inoperable. The bathroom door handle was loose and almost coming off of the door. The bathroom hook on the back of the door was missing. No trash can in the bathroom. Not an issue for the shower, recommend running bathroom sink for a few seconds. No iron nor ironing board. 1 of the bed lamps did not work. No safe. No small fridge to store food or water. Not 100% as pictured. No desk & chair for a work space as pic. Elevators slow;1 not operable

No key cards! Extremely limited, very annoyed staff. Jose at the front desk was very nice checking us in but we saw other staff repeatedly arguing or berating each other right in front of us! I felt bad for one gentleman working there. Room was fine but only gave us one washcloth... great location near broadway but won't be staying again

Bathroom door are broken because the shower was open and the water goes directly to the door which damaging the door. And also there is no phone connection which I think they don’t want you to call them for service and can’t connect to wifi inside the room.

Elevator was still out, noted in comments this has been like this at least a month, had to take 12 stair flights after waiting to descend 15 mins Television was out the whole stay and we came to find out this was ongoning before* we arrived. Overall hotel is very tired, needs new paint, some ofthe furniture is way past new, and, needs some love and upgrades but i do think that is reflected in price. It was clean and staff was friendly!!

One elevator for guest use, max capacity of 7 people. Housekeeping is LOUD cackling and playing music while cleaning. Trash is collected in the area right by the elevator, very unpleasant.

I will not stay at this hotel again. One elevator was out of service the entire time. The ice machine was not working. I could not get hot water at the bathroom sink. Worst of all, every morning at 8:00 am, the housekeeping staff began noisily knocking on doors trying to find vacated rooms to clean, even though nobody had left that early.

The staff was very friendly. Excellent location. No issues there. However, when we arrived the key maker was not working so we could not get a key to our room. They had to have staff escort us to our room every time we can back which took a long time with all the people and the very slow elevators. There was only one working elevator. Our room was spacious, but we did kill a cockroach in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was broken- we could not shut the door at all and the handle was broken off. We couldn’t put the blinds down near the bed bc the pull chain was broken as well. There was a chair in the room which was not in good condition. The outlets were very loose chargers easily falling out. Would I stay again? Maybe, if it was the only option.

The thermostat unit was missing from the wall, they had to manually unplug the a/c from the wall. We called for towels and didn’t get them for hours, had to call again. I have called the hotel 10 times in 2 days and no one has answered, I have a questionable charge I was trying to inquire about. The smoke detector alarm was sounding all night. I called to let them know, again.. took hours for them to come up after I called the front desk again!

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Location was good, close to all activities we had planned. House keeping was annoying, After being out late house keeping woke us around 8am each morning to ask if we were all set and give us extra towels that were unnecessary. This location is vey noisy all night making it very difficult to get much sleep at all. Most likely not stay here again.
