Getting a little old...

Have been here before - just getting long in the tooth. Some lights didn't work, spots on the carpet, etc. It didn't smell, the bed was and the lobby is nice including a lounge. I wouldn't be afraid of staying there or anything, just saying for the price for one night, which is higher than other nearby places, it isn't new/posh.

This is a nice older hotel in need of refeshment. The lobby is very nice. My room was large and amenities plentiful. the carpets are old and stained, velour furniture is old with stains, and no USB charging available. The linens and towels are great. The front desk was lovely and helpful. I would stay there again.

More of a nice motel than hotel. Very outdated furnishing and design. In comparison to other hotels in this class, the Staff is not well trained: basic welcome smile, desire to help, words like thank you and please. Very basic stuff lacking. Room: water temperature and pressure is unstable, ac very noisy. Windows show a mezzanine that’s completely dirty and abandoned.

Rooms were spacious, service was fantastic, and staff were very helpful and attentive. The facility was very near the theatre and multiple restaurants were within walking distance. The only issue was road repairs in front of the facility which were very noisy. This was at no fault of the facility, and we would definitely go back again anytime in NY.

Clean & quiet hotel stay

The hotel was clean and quiet and within a 3 minute walk to Radio City Music Hall! It was also a quick walk to Times Square! Loved the location!

We loved being able to walk to the theater and a new favorite breakfast restaurant at the Stardust Diner. The hotel was quiet and very welcoming.
