Second time staying at the Westin. Room was clean, location is great. Staff is nice. Highly recommend you DO NOT pay for the breakfast $38 dollars for a Holiday Inn express continental breakfast, it was the single most disappointing meal of our trip. There is also a lot of construction taking place that is pretty loud and it started before 8am on a Monday morning. Overall, we will still stay here again.

The room was very nice, the hotel was in close proximity to the lyric theatre which was very convenient. The concierge gave us some great dinner recommendations. Overall I would definitely come back to the Westin.

This was the worst experience I had . They put men the floor where it was under construction my room was dirty and nasty . When I did reach out the did move us into a better room . The location was great. However, the rooms are dated. There were holes in the sheets (housekeeping staff did replace, after a request). The room was also noisy, we were forced to hear running water anytime the guest above us flushed the toilet or took a shower.
