This is my second visit to The Westin at Times Square. Everything was satisfactory. The hotel is conveniently located near Times Square. The staff were all very welcoming. If needed, you can request a microwave or refrigerator. The hotel is situated very near the 42nd Street subway station, and there are two Jollibee restaurants within walking distance for Filipino guests.

Our room was very good, the only thing we didn’t love was the pillows, which were a bit too high for everyone in my family. However, for a hotel in Times Square, the room was surprisingly spacious, and we truly appreciated that. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely kind and always ready to help. A special thank-you to Manny, the gentleman who brought the minibar to our room, such a sweetheart! The location was perfect for my family and me. We were close to everything we needed and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely return!
