Rooms were a bit dated. Ice machine didn't work and caused a minor inconvenience. Some curtains, along with the shade would have been nice. You are going to be able to hear the street noise, but it's to be expected. You get charged a destination fee, they do give you a credit for the bar, but will not substitute bar credit for something else-not everyone is a boozey drunk. All and all it was alright.

Fantastic location for seeing shows and getting all around Manhattan as every subway connects with Times Sauare. Walking a few blocks west into Hell’s Kitchen got us delicious food. Less congested. Hotel staff was kind and attentive. Room and bathroom were a nice size for Manhattan.

Our stay at the W Times Square made our trip to NYC even more special. The hotel and room were clean, spacious and well maintained. The staff all the way from our welcome to our departure were excellent especially Ram and his team. I had made a special request for my daughter and Ram exceeded my expectations by a lot.
