Very friendly and helpful person at the front desk. It’s Newark airport- nice and convenient to fly out the next am. You’re not there for the surrounding area! Reasonable parking fee for a short vacation.

We just stayed overnight, however the staff was very nice and helpful. The facility was very clean. The room was very clean and cozy. We also had a balcony which was nice . I would choose Courtyard by Marriot again.

Clean hotel. I’m a light sleeper and you can’t hear the airport noise much, so I slept well. A/c is a little strange…it was freezing cold at 72, but when I tried to raise it to 73 the heat would automatically kick on. So I had to keep it at 72 and then put a towel over the unit to prevent the air from blowing hard into the room.

This hotel was very convenient to Newark and really appreciated the 24 shuttle as I had to go to the terminal at 3:45 am. The only suggestion for improvement is please get rid of the plush carpet in the halls to the rooms. I had a long walk to my room and I have good luggage wheels. They could not handle this carpet. I had 3 bags and 1/4 of the way to my room I had to stop. I had to drag (and I mean drag!!!) 1 bag at a time to my room. Had to do the same on the way out.
