Was only staying one night, so I didn’t have time to use any amenities. I did order breakfast, and it was surprisingly good (eggs, bacon, potatoes, and sourdough toast). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Easy check in and easy check out. All good from my needs and preferences, and I tend to be on the particular side.

Staff was exceptional. Everyone was helpful, genuinely kind and seemed to be enjoying being at work. Ms Tami at the front desk was very helpful, getting me checked in earlier then originally planned. Rooms were clean and smelled fresh.

We never had Breakfast at the property nor was it available at this hotel. We didn't receive service out entire stay. When I ask about it, the lady gave me some not so nice answer and I had to empty my own trash. She was a very bad manager and the only thing they vacuum in the room was a spot where the ceiling leak on to the floor. Our bed was never change out entire stay.

check in was good, I booked a room that's handicapped accessible with walk in shower and a sofa bed for my sister due to left side paralysis. Her assigned room was not available, she was accommodated the next day, still didn't receive the room with the sofa bed but we were grateful for the walk-in shower. the hotel was clean, the fragrance of the hotel was overpowering, and the staff was kind.

Checked in later in the evening, when we pulled out the sleeper sofa for my child, we looked all over the room for the sheets, bedding etc. nothing was in the room. Called down to front desk and was told to come down to get it. On the tvs, The streaming apps just kept spinning, so unable to use. Checking out the next morning: the person at the front desk was sitting in a chair, in visible sight looking at her phone while I stood there for a couple minutes before being noticed.
