Upon arrival, we were checked in, the gentleman at the front desk, announced our room number as a gentleman was walking in behind us. If you’re going to promote “safety tips” on what to look for human trafficking as it sates on your poster, please make sure the guest room number is not announced especially for young woman’s that are by themselves like I was with my daughter. It made us feel unsafe! We were also checked in into a dirty room, that appeared to be switched from another guest and the room seemed to be marked clean, it was the impression we were getting from the lady at the front desk as she had asked if were able to switched to another room. I was confused; I proceeded to let her know the room was given to us dirty and if she could please have it clean. They did a good job afterward. There was visible trash everywhere between each side of the beds and between the night stand. Hair on the pillows and bathroom. The bed sheets were dirty and appeared to be pulled and not replaced. I called the front desk, was asked to go downstairs and get sheets, was not offered to be switched to another room. I mentioned it to the Manager the next morning, he apologized, but still didn’t offer to at least have the room clean or moved. I had to request for it to be clean. The following morning the hotel had no A/C the manager said he will turn on, not sure why it was off being that it was hot outside. You’re not saving money it takes more energy turning it on. Overall it was fine.
