The Elite room I was put in had a stopped up sink, maintenance came up to fix it and said to only use the sink they fixed and not to use the working one because it was now broke. Maintenance said someone would be back at 9am the next day to fix it. When I got back in the evening around 7:30 the door was open and 2 maintenance people were working on the sink. We had dinner reservations at 9pm and couldn’t get ready on our time because they were there. They said it was fixed but now it would back up and spill out of the wall, so it wasn’t fixed. I asked for a room change because I wanted to relax and not wait on maintenance. They happily moved my room to a worse view, a shower with no door and a screw as the lock handle on the sliding door. Aside from the room, the buffet was good, the Elite restaurant had fantastic ambiance but they were unorganized with taking orders and bringing food. They brought our main course out before our appetizers and asked if we still wanted the appetizers. The Elite pool is great and private but it could use music, considering the main pool has music. The 2 female bartenders at the elite pool were amazing! The access to the beach was great and the beach itself was great. For an “Elite” booking it was subpar.
