The staff was courteous and provided extra bed shets, pillows, and a blanket for our suite room, however the jacuzzi our 101 room seemed to be out of order for a long time as it's rusty and moldy. There wasn't a hair dryer available either. The overall, the room was clean and standard. The water in the pool didn't have a filtering system visible operating, so the assumption is that it must have been turned off. The breakfast area was descent - a standard continental hotel breakfast. I give three stars as it's an average quality hotel.

The rooms were absolutely filthy. I had two rooms they were next door to each other. My daughter and her boyfriend had the other room. After only checking in at 11:30 that night my wife and I were in the room about two hrs when our toilet broke and was overflowing. The staff said they had no one to fixed it till the morning. With that said we had no toilet overnight. We asked for a plumber that night but they said they didn’t have one. In the morning at 7 am my wife went to see if they had any one to fix it. The hotel stunk of mildew from the moment you walked in the building. The pool looked like it hadn’t be maintained in months. Our first room stunk of strong smoke, requested to be moved, new room was better, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut and the room was dirty. The staff were great given what they’re having to deal with.

When my wife check in with my kids. She found candy wrappers inside the bed sofa then diaper. After finding these things. She found big I don’t know what stain. She told front desk and she apologized. When I called front desk was very rude then hung up the phone. She then told my wife she had 1 hour to leave. When I called again to confront the front desk. She told me she put a no return on me and go stay at hotel I liked the hung up on me. I had never happen to me. If these type of people they got working at the front desk. I will never stay there. I will be calling the front desk manager
