Great location, clean room, fun decor, eclectic. Staff were friendly. I’d just like to recommend a tv guide to the channels. Something printed in the room. BBC was unexpectedly after the adult channels, high up on the listings, difficult to find.

Staff at front desk very pleasant. It was late at night and I had only just booked having arrived at a different hotel to find the room had not been cleaned prior to my stay. Room was not big enough for 2. Only one chair available, which was filthy. Room not serviced for a staying guest. Dirty cups, glasses. Mould on the bathroom ceiling. Thick dust on the bathroom window ledge. Mirror light not working. Shower was far too small for one person, and I’m not big. Main window curtain was held up by Velcro and couldn’t be opened except by ripping it down. Says there would be a tea/coffee maker available, including a kettle, but no maker. Reception staff on both evenings were lovely and helpful and got us clean cups and tea, coffee and milk as none had been replaced. On checkout, reception did not ask about our stay. Hence we never said anything.

Hotel spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Coffee machine with pods, fridge with diet and normal coca cola and water was a nice touch. The 24 hour pizza was also good Staff were friendly and professional. The location also brilliant.

Good base for central Nottingham

A one night stay to visit Motorpoint Arena. Hotel was a good centre for this and for exploring the centre of Nottingham. Our room was comfortable but as it's an old hotel the room above had very creaky floorboards. The closest parking is on a very tight multi-storey car park.
