An excellent property in the heart of Nottingham. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was huge, and had amazing furnishings and decor. The breakfast was delicious and well worth the money. Would 100% stay here again

Dear guest, Thank you for your review. We have a range of rooms here at Mercure Nottingham with our City Pad rooms being the smallest followed by our Standard King rooms. For any guest who either requires or desires ample space we highly recommend our Privilege rooms or suites. As a hotel built in 1822 our floors in some areas do slope. We do not believe this impacts negatively upon a guests experience but am sorry should you feel that it did during yours. I thank you for bringing to my attention the issue you had with your bed. I am sorry to hear you found it uncomfortable and will investigate this with my housekeeping and maintenance team to see whether this mattress requires being replaced.
