Pool metal ladder was not safe to go in or out the slope of the ladder should be by angle of 45 degree not straight 90 degree because people coming out should not climb the ladder it’s not safe they should go out smoothly and easily Thank you

Spacious manicured resort with 3 pools, many fitness activities throughout the day, great restaurants and the numerous cleaners constantly clean where it’s already clean. Lots of lounge chairs and shade (if wanted) near the pools & beach.

The resort was very luxurious. The restaurants did not require advance reservations, you can walk up and on a first come first serve basis get a seat. The food in all the restaurants was delicious, even the buffet. The environment was calm and relaxing no mad scramble for food. The rooms were very spacious and plush. Staff were friendly and always available to serve drinks and food or to clean up. I enjoyed the daily fun and fitness activities. The aqua fit class and pool volleyball were a big hit with many people. The entertainment team went out of their way to get people involved. The pool bar was very popular with lots of people enjoying standing in the water beside the stone tables chatting with new friends. The only negative is that the decks around the pools are extremely slippery. A little bit of water on the deck and people were slipping and falling. I fell walking back to my seat from the food area and fell down hard on my hip. For the rest of my vacation I was limping around due to the pain in my hip from these slippery decks. The solution provided by the hotel is to put cones all over telling you the deck is slippery but that does nothing to solve the problem. From time to time they would come and mop or squeegee the water but that did not make things any better. Until they find a better solution I would not recommend this resort for anyone that is a little unstable on their feet.

The room was great, clean beds much too soft though rolled into the middle. The staff were great. The best was the coffee bar, and pool area are very nice. Food is all over the map. One day it’s pretty good at the restaurants the next day not so much. The entertainment at night was not great, first 7 nights piano playing and karaoke, finally brought in live band last 2 nights . Because it is a Palace my expectations might of been too high

Have stayed many times at Riu Palace. The staff are great. The place is beautiful. Everything about it shines.

Room was great except for one of the sinks was constantly clogged. We couldn’t figure out how to use the way over complicated tv. The coffee cups were too small.
