Right on top of Hauptmarkt, PERFECT location to the Christmas Market — attentive, friendly staff - free coffee and water in the lobby! Would stay anytime, but ESPECIALLY during the holidays!

The room was very clean. Lovely shower. Very warm staff. I very much enjoyed the complimentary Café latte in the mornings before heading out. The coffee machine offers other options like hot chocolate, expresso, etc.

Perfect location, overlooking the main square Christmas market. The room size is also good. But service and amenities are a major downer. There is no coffee/tea in the room and if you come down after 10:30am they will charge you $4 for a cup. The lounge is meant for guests, but they charge you for everything. I am a Platinum level with Expedia and usually get perks (late checkout, or credit, etc.) they didn't seem to care. The front desk staff need to be trained in empathetic customer care.

Staff is very helpful and friendly! The hotel is located in the. Hauptmarkt - so the location is perfect for walking around the old city center. Taxi stand located next the to hotel is convenient to get to the train or airport! Again any interaction with the staff was awesome - would definitely stay here again!!!
