Great stay, minor issues.

It’s a very nice environment, breakfast was awesome, lots of choices. The room was nice and large, not small like most but, the remodel of the shower was a bit off the excellence of the rest of the facilitiy. The floor I. The shower was flexing under my feet and the sealing of the edges and corners looked like a beginner installed it. All in all the experience was great, but the finer details need a looking at.

it seems their housekeeping processes, kind of suck. Didn't have any of the bottles for the bathtub so no shampoo and conditioner. Had to call down for that right before bed. Nobody cleaned the room and we were there two days in a row. Had problems with the key working and then had problems with the replacement key working. It was just a lot of little things that irritate. It's a pretty new hotel but it's already starting to show some wear.

Nice but not as good as it used to be

The hotel was nice but it had an odor and I guess it was from the pets in the hotel. The elevator lady could’ve used some mopping. There was hair and all around my sink and on a washcloth that was in the room but overall the stay was decent.

Enjoy the hotel and it's amenities. The floors throughout the facility however were dirty. Our bathroom was not clean either. Mold on the shower curtain mold in the toilet and mold in the grout.
