Staff was friendly, breakfast was hot and tasty, property and rooms were clean. The floor of our shower was cracked and to be honest, if we weren’t on the first floor, we may have likely fallen through the floor. Other than that it was a great stay.

The lobby area and amenities were really nice. The rating is due to cleanliness of room. This is fairly new but has a lot of wear to floors and bathroom. Tile work was crappy construction.

Have stayed here several times, unfortunately this time was during Auburn’s graduation and they jacked their nightly rate up to $380. Nice hotel, but not $380 nice!

Very Dirty Bathroom

Room was nice, bright with a great layout and amenities. Our bathroom was really quite disgusting. Stained washcloths, dirty floor, moldy shower curtain, caulk around tub/floor was almost black. Yuk. Asked for and received another room, which was better, but still dirty and in surprisingly poor condition given how new the property is. Elevators, other public areas also quite dirty. Service was friendly and professional. Overall, a disappointing stay.
