I’ve stayed here many times before; its location is perfect for me. However, this time I was disappointed to find they had instituted a new policy of charging for parking; an unwelcome surprise. Also, as with many ( almost all ) the hotels, they wash the sheets etc, but fail to wash the pillows. So the cover is clean, but the pillow reeks of sweat.

When. I booked hotel parking was free they charged me $15.65 . When I informed to front desk she told me if I want to canceled my room that was not good with 2 kids and wife with me. That was rude. But never going to stay with company anymore. Last 3 months I stayed 8 nights with different hotel with this company.

Chose to stay here because it was rated so highly. Upon arriving to hotel the room it didnt seem as nice as advertised. The included hot breakfast was nice and on par with other hotels of the area. Staff were alright. Beds were comfortable for a hotel. Elevators were small and rooms were not very sound proof. Last gripe is i wasnt informed that i had to pay for parking until after booking. Which im not a fan of as this isnt even on the disney strip. If i didnt have a preconceived notion of how great my stay was going to be i would have probably been very happy but instead feel a little let down. Hotel was okay.

You see that this hotel for several times and it’s always been great. The staff is nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean. The hot breakfast in the morning is delicious. The only thing is parking used to be free but now we have to pay for parking. But overall, the experience is excellent.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Room was clean & Quiet. Breakfast was to end at 9:30 am on Sunday, and the 3 Meal room & lobby coffee pots were empty, but staff were quick to replenish one. Variety of breakfast foods was excellent.

Family friendly hotel! The staff was very nice and the area was clean around the hotel and we felt safe.The room was also nice and clean and spacious for my family. I love that they had the option of a crib so we didn’t have to bring ours. The breakfast was amazing! It was so fresh and a good amount of options for it being a free breakfast. The staff was so kind in the dinning area as well. I would definitely stay here again! :) and it was close to Disneyland which was a perk!
