Täysin uusiksi, tämä kaunis, 3 mh, 2 kylpy kotiin kuuluu suuri keittiö mukavuuksilla, holvattu olohuoneen kattoon, ja avoin pohjaratkaisu. Asiakkaat pääsevät langattomat yhteydet, 3 televisiota HD-kanavaa, DVD, ja ilmainen puhelin pääsy kotimaassa. Kävele ulkopuolella ja nauttia suuri lämmitetty uima-allas alla täysin seulotaan patio. Vain muutaman minuutin päässä Disney hiljaisella, porteilla suuri virkistyskeskus joista kaksi yhteisön allasta, spa, hevosenkengät, ja shuffleboard. They give a half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We ran out in 2 days with a family of 5. When asking for more they said sucks, we have to buy it. Only 1 extra trash bag yet you’re asking to get all your own trash taken outBlack mold pictured next to the extremely outdated fridge. I’m assuming it’s leaking. No paper towels at all. No soap. Only a bar in each restrooms. They require you to start the dish washer before you leave. As you can assume, no washing solution provided. Side note before I knew any of this I grabbed a few dishes that were very evidently dirty that I already set aside for this reason. Not to mention no one sent us the code to even get into the property. Thankfully the owner DID answer the phone when we called. I then asked for WiFi password, which also wasn’t sent, and I got a reply around 18 hours later. Maybe some don’t care but only the living room tv is a smart tv. None of the rooms. The images provided don’t honestly portray that this looks like a fixer upper. I don’t need a perfect house but massive paint chips inches long all over the cabinets. I’ve stayed at dozens of short term rentals and never had an experience like this. Now I’m sure the owner will gaslight me and blame me for these things somehow.

We couldn’t adjust the temp. It was over 86 degrees in the vrbo. I kept reaching out the the owner who didn’t respond until the day we left. We had to get a hotel room because that place was so hot. It could’ve been nice but that was such a terrible trip

Due to very poor communication we were not able to enter the property at the time of our late arrival and had to book another property to stay at in the middle of the night. Clear details were not given at the time of booking, the email stated that the property manager would reach out to us with the gate code and that never happened. When communicating with the owner he was only interested in giving me a “bad review.” I have stayed at multiple properties all over the US and Europe and have never had an issue with a property or been given a poor rating.

We had a great time . House was big enough for the 6 of us. Swimming pool was great to have. Pool guy came and cleaned pool and was very nice. Neighbor was sweet lady. Believe it was 20 to 25 minutes to Universal Studios and about an hour and a half to Cocoa Beach. And I believe Saint Petersburg Beach was an hour and a half away too but nice drive.

It was a decent stay 40 to an hour travel to places. Our kids had a great time in the pool. There was a few things that needed fixing and it wasnt 100% clean.

Family trip

Home was ok. Bad smell in the home upon entering, Things were outdated and furniture was worn out. Couches sunk in, Living room coffee table legs were broken and all the furniture was just old looking. WiFi wasn’t working until realizing wires weren’t connected. There were some roaches found under the sofa while sweeping and cleaning up and under microwave. Towels were a bit stained and torn, blankets had some holes. There weren’t any lights in the pool. Outdoor furniture was a bit worn out and could use some updates also. Sink in the master bathroom was backing up so water filled up while brushing teeth and washing hands which was kind of gross. Cold use some updates. But overall made it work for our 5 night stay. No real broom or cleaning tools for the home so had to purchase EVERYTHING.

Nice cozy home close to Disney and Shopping

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at this home! Communication with both the owner and property manager was excellent — they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We used two of the three bedrooms — both had working TVs and cozy beds. There were a few minor maintenance issues: some minor water damage in the primary bathroom vanity and the shower head could use some attention but nothing impacted our stay, but worth noting. Also, the refrigerator had tape holding part of the inside door shelving in place, and one of the drawers was broken. Everything still functioned, but it’s something future guests should be aware of. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our visit. We didn’t report it during the trip, but it was definitely a downside. The house is in a gated community — while you’re given a key card for entry, deliveries (like food or groceries) can’t get in without you meeting them at the gate, especially after 10 PM. It would be helpful if this was explained more clearly in the listing. The driveway is also very short — great for compact cars, but a full size SUV had to be parked sideways to avoid sticking into the narrow street. Garage access would’ve helped, but we made it work. Checkout was simple, and we appreciated the clear instructions. Overall, a great space with lots of potential — with a few updates and clearer expectations around access, it could easilly be a 10.

We enjoyed our stay, home is well kept. Keeping it is a rental unit and everything is not new but used, still in great shape. Enjoyed the pool at the end of the day. Great communication with the Management Company. We will stay here again in the future.

Loved it all except the check in at the gate. We were not understandging exactly where to check in and held up a line of people. If it had said the lower left of the screen on the right as you pull in it would have helped. The sun was shining on it & I could not see the "green" button as I was looking for a button & it was actually a box on the screen that I couldn't see well. Once we figured that out the next was the card to scan to get in. That should have told us to hold it to the little black box next to that same screen. We LOVED the pool & spend a lot of time in it.

pros: area, quiet and price cons: mold on shower curtain, house was dated and in deserate need of a deep clean. instructions were unclear with garbage pickup (one set of directions at property and a different set from property management) wifi would not allow certain apps to run, pool area were infested with ants and very little outdoor furniture and no cushions.

A “basic” rental with pool

This rental met our basic needs. Use of the garage for our car was a plus! Communication with the property manager was great and always prompt. While the pool was “cleaned” weekly, the pool picture advertising is deceiving…the area was dated and dirty, with mold, pollen and mildew…not at all like the picture. The interior of the house and its furniture is dated/in poor repair. The sofa/ love seat was so worn out that we had to use pillows and blankets under the cushions to even sit on it. Although plentiful, dishes, silverware, utensils and appliances were put away dirty/greasy. The rental met our needs but definitely left a lot to be desired.

Comfortable

We stayed done month. The house was clean but the decking around the pool needed power washing. The pool itself was clean and usable. We called Celine the first day because the pots and pans were unusable. She asked no questions but had Amazon deliver new pots and pans the very next day. That is brilliant service. There are some issues that need to be addressed but overall we were comfortable, safe and happy with the house.
