The common areas were filthy. You can tell that this is a popular hotel because of the economical cost, but they should really employee more people to take care of the common areas. The carpets in the hallways, the floors outside of the elevators - all were filthy. The room is ok. I did find that it was outdated and could use some TLC. The AC unit was dusty. The sheets had hairs on them. I could tell that the side table hadn’t been cleaned from the last guests. The toilet was falling apart. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Not a horrible hotel, just needs a major overhaul. Common areas are worn, beds are hard, pillows are terrible, pool towels are not kept in stock, no housekeeping (other than replacing towels and taking out trash), raccoons digging through trash constantly, has a lot of cosmetic issues. I won’t be returning nor would I recommend.

It was a very nice hotel. There were a lot of options of things to do right outside the hotel. The pool area was nice along with the Tiki Bar. I would recommend this hotel.

Old town is a great area. Quiet and easy to get to. You dont have to deal with rt4 traffic on the way to and from parks. Hotel is clean and well kept. Pool area is wonderful and the best we have seen in all the low budget hotels we have been to over many years. AND they have the BEST pizza we have ever had at the pool bar. Its pricey but worth it. Breakfast area is well laid out and not crowed. Food is ok with all the basics. They even cook your Mickie waffles for you. We are up in that area once a month for 4 days and will definitely be back.
