Dislike: breakfast especially the over-toasted premade waffles, and the air conditioner was dirty. Had allergies for 3 nights, the floor wasn't really clean in the room. Elevator slow. Toilet don't flush well.

Awful experience. Uncomfortable mattresses, tiny dirty pillows, bugs in the bathroom, filthy carpets, a terrible limited breakfast, and even lizards around the pool and parking lot. The photos are highly misleading. I question the authenticity of many positive reviews — this place doesn’t deserve more than a 6.5. I’m extremely disappointed and strongly advise against booking here. I’d gladly pay $100 more elsewhere just to avoid worrying about bringing bedbugs or lice home.

The staff were amazing, so friendly, helpful, and always had smile. We loved that the pool and spa were open 24 hours. However, the hot tub was dirty several times we went to it. The rooms are a little outdated but the beds were comfy. We did experience an issue with our air conditioner leaking and we made them aware. It did take a couple calls and two days later we were moved to a different room after I said something about the room smelling like mildew/mold. But, not before I got sick from it. We ended up having to cut our trip short. They did have a poolside bar and area they played music, The elevators are so slow and sometimes you have to take the stairs. The breakfast area was always crowded and they ran out of food every day. I think it would help to have more than 2 workers at the breakfast area. Every staff we encountered was so friendly and helpful though.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites and had a very disappointing experience. When we checked in, the room had a strong, unpleasant smell that made it uncomfortable from the start. For a party of six staying multiple days, we were given only one bar of soap and a single roll of toilet paper. When I went to the front desk to ask for more, I was told, “I’m not allowed to give more.” How does it make sense to think one bar of soap is enough for six people? On top of that, the shampoo container in the shower was nearly empty, so I had to go back down and request more. The shower itself was in terrible condition—leaking from both the top and bottom, with visible mold around the shower head, which made it feel unsanitary. The bathtub also looked dirty from the start. Breakfast was another letdown, with barely anything available to eat, and the quality was below average. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and absolutely not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Unfortunately, the pictures did not accurately represent the condition of this property or the rooms. We arrived late and received our room. Upon entering the room, there was a cockroach climbing up the wall and two more in the crease of the carpet. I always inspect the beds prior to anyone sitting on them and there were hairs on the pillows and sheets. There is also not any kind of mattress protector to prevent bed bugs. The base around the cabinets were falling apart and looked as if they had been chewed on. And the carpets were covered in stains. We did not stay. The front desk attendant was apologetic and tried to give us a different room, but there was no way I was staying there. This left me looking for another hotel at midnight for me and my sleeping children. Thankfully I was able to book a much better location and salvage our vacation.
