The Hotel itself was fine. It was not the newest around, but it was clean and looked nice. However, directly across from the hotel is a lounge and bar. The music was so loud that I could not sleep. We were on the third floor and the windows seemed to rattle. The bar was open until 3 AM. That is when it finally stopped. If you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for three nights, and it was a horrible experience. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, the bathroom was filthy, and everything—from the room to the hotel itself—was DUSTY. I requested a different room immediately upon check-in due to the smell, but they claimed none were available. They promised to move us the next day, but that never happened. The towels were stained, and the elevator smelled like raw onions and sewage. We didn’t even bother trying the breakfast—who would want to eat at such a dirty hotel? Do yourself a favor and spend a little more to stay somewhere better. Zero stars!

Friendly staff, very attentive. Breakfast was great, we loved that it was included in the price. The room was clean and spacious. However, the towels we got were stained as were some of the pillow cases. The water pressure in the shower was so weak that it barely washed the soap and shampoo off, and the A/C was incredibly humid. I tried to make the room cooler, all it did was make it more humid to the point where it was uncomfortable to sleep.

I wish I could share photos of my room. The shower was absolutely disgusting and dirty. But worse, my sheets kept coming off the bed in the middle of the night and I turned on the light to put them back on and my bed was COVERED in huge stains. Not sure if it was mold, blood or both but it was FILTHY. I shared photos with both Best Western and Expedia and both have refused to refund my money. I've even called BW corporate but was offered 8k bonus points toward a future stay. LAUGHABLE. I love spending $200 to shower and sleep in filth. UNACCEPTABLE
