Third time staying here and everything is amazing the only thing I could say that I’m disappointed about is the shuttle service. No services to and from airport. And the Disney and universal shuttle times are a disappointment. They’re impossible to catch and just at inconvenient times for both parks. Making it difficult to maximize park time. Either too early/late to access parks or you’ll miss the fireworks just to catch the shuttle. Should make them appropriate to park times since most people are obviously there for that. Would save us 20-30 dollars to and from parks on ubers. It would be a 5 star if not for that. But other then that everything is amazing.

Old Orlando Nstalgia, Updated with Amenities

We had a great stay at Cypress Pointe! The room was clean, large, and the garden bath was so comforting after a long day outside in the heat. There was also a small balcony with chairs for fresh air. Shout out to the guys in the market/cafe, hands down best breakfast sandwich in a while. We were in LOVE with the nostalgia of the volcano pool. After we checked out, we drove across to the Grand villas, which guests also have access to. We wish we had more time to utilize the amenities: miniature golf, 2 more pools, and much more. Will def return, great deal and love the area

Our number one place to stay in Orlando. This will be our 4th stay so far. We love the spacious 2 bedroom suites and the friendly service of front desk staff. My husband and I wanted somewhere quiet and romantic for our 19th Wedding anniversary This place is our home away from home. Love it and looking forward to an even greater experience in Summer.

Very clean, staff was great. We arrived earlier than expected and they were able to give us a room right away. The pool area was very clean and the cafe pointe was very convenient to have a quick bite while at the pool with the kids. The included washer and dryer makes it perfect for families traveling light.
