The whole bathroom, minus the toilet, was in the room. There is no soundproofing. You can hear the people in the room next to you, the people in the hallway and the people outside. The balconies are a waste because there is no smoking. No breakfast. And extra resort fee tax paid per day that makes the whole experience, not worth it.

There is a $200 deposit that take at least a week to get returned. The parking was horrible. There is no housekeeping available for at least a week of your stay. There is a hard sell to join the vacation club. Even after saying no, they text you.

We previously stayed at two other Hilton Vacation Club properties in Orlando and were completely satisfied, but consider this property a disappointment. The “suite” was clean and staff attentive, but nothing more than a typical hotel room. Much better choices in Orlando for the price.
