The highlight of the hotel is the quality of the bed and pillows. The floor of the room was a bit sticky, it wasn't completely clean, the air conditioning was super noisy and bothersome for sleeping; I had to turn it off at night to be able to sleep because the noise from the unit was very loud. It's not a bad stay and I would return, they just need to improve a few details.

The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, though the internet wasn’t very good and there was quite a bit of noise from the parking lot.

The building was very old, needed updating BADLY. The floor was uneven ahd has huge number of splinters piercing my feet. Looked so different from the pictures that were advertised. But the service was great at the front desk. The employees were friendly.

Our room smelled like mold as soon as we entered and our room wasn’t the only one that smells of mold according to the other guest which is why we didn’t switch rooms because it seems like a wide spread issue the shower pressure was low the floor wasn’t very clean the bed has a thin blanket which is ok because the ac wouldn’t blow cold

Convenience of being walking distance to convention center, value, nice pool area, and an IHOP. The room is basic and somewhat crap but so are most affordable hotels in this area. So this wins on convenience and value
