Absolutely the Worst Hotel Stay Imaginable!

Absolutely the Worst Hotel Stay Imaginable! I wouldn't wish my recent stay at this hotel on my worst enemy. From the moment I attempted to check in, it was an absolute disaster, and it only went downhill from there. The check-in process was utterly messed up. When I finally thought the ordeal was over, I got to my room only to find that the keys didn't work. Back I went to the reception, adding another frustrating delay to an already tiresome journey. Upon finally gaining access to my room, I was hit with an overpowering and disgusting smell. It was a noxious blend of stale something unpleasant. It was so bad I genuinely considered sleeping in my car but I had two kids with me, so that wasn't the option I could go for. This wasn't just a bad stay; it was a genuinely terrible experience. The complete lack of basic competence in the check-in process, the non-functional keys, the repulsive odor in the room, and the absent reception staff all contributed to what I can only describe as the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other options, and I strongly advise you to choose one of them.

Staying at this Extended Stay made me feel uncomfortable the entire time that I was there. The floor and carpets were completely soaked and the room smelled of chemicals. After checking out, I realized that the carpet was soaked in chemicals because it probably needed some sort of deep cleaning. Deep Cleaning. It's not a safe hotel and there are zero amenities. There are other hotels nearby that are similarly priced with will provide a much more human experience.

I liked the location of the hotel. The customer service was horrible. The hotel has roaches. The cable did not work. There was mold and rotten wood in the hotel rooms and hallways. Several of the outlets did not work. The room was not cleaned properly go there was hair and grime at the base of the toilet in my bathroom.

It was extremely terrible place to stay: “Terrible experience. The room was dirty and smelled strongly of weed, making it very uncomfortable. They also failed to provide the promised breakfast—none was offered at all. Very disappointed and would not recommend.”

Bottom line: if you have the money, DO NOT STAY HERE. Possible bed bug infestation (I killed one (it was full of blood and upon googling, looked like a bed bug) while staying here). I thought extended stay america was a pretty reputable brand, but I was wrong I guess lol. The vibe is a seedy motel. Everywhere smells like weed and cigarettes. The carpets and elevator in the common areas were filthy. The hard floor in my room was sticky (see video) and dirty. I thought it seemed like someone had forgotten to clean my room before I got it. Within 10 min I had killed a cockroach. I also killed a few other bugs during my stay, most notably A BED BUG. There were mold spots on the bathroom ceiling, hair in the shower when I arrived. Sheets on the bed were super loose. There was detritus on the floor. The headboard had not been wiped. The outer door of the room had gum or something stuck on it. Once I found the bed bug, I asked to be moved to another room. At first the person who was there over night (it was ~22:30) was pretty rude (she was apparently on the phone with the manager). But she eventually became pretty kind and understanding and provided me with a trash bag to put my stuff in. When she was switching my room she said (and I quote, I remember it because I thought it was a crazy thing to say): “There are still some rooms we have to check, I wonder if yours was one of those”. Excuse me?? The room I got moved to was barely cleaner. Had a hole in the stucco wall.

Absolutely disgusting !!!

I have never stayed at a more disgusting smelling , filthy , nasty place in my life The hallways smell like a combo of dirty feet, sweaty private parts and mold Service is non existent and just a disgusting place to stay This was my first time going staying at extended stay and I travel for business to orlando about 3 - 5 nights a month. When I booked it I thought how bad could it be but after staying there I see it was much worse than the price point commands Dirty everything and very uncomfortable le dirty bed Shower had chips everywhere You should all be embarrassed to have this as part of your portfolio !
