Everything was good, but nothing was great. We have stayed at this sort of resort a few times and this one was the most underwhelming. The bar/restaurant closes really early, our room was outdated and musty, and the water park is just okay.

The resort was nice. The pool, hot tub, and lazy river was also nice for the stay. I did not like that you have to pay to participate in the activities for the resort and yet there is a resort fee which should include the activities. There was also an infestation of ants in the room and in the cabinets which was not pleasant.

The villas were a tad outdated but adaquit Staff was amazing so nice. Pools hot tubs water slides arcade for families great place was quiet. Cleanliness was tough we were there for 11nights 12 days and we got new towels on the last day. The railing broke. The pillows were tiny pillows that’s all I could think to say they’re like airline pillows lol. They didn’t give us a vacuum or mop to clean in 12 days are feet were black. So much positive just the villa could’ve been better. Like 2 knives 4 forks 4 spoons no dish detergents nothing to clean with basically. All in all I was pleased but felt I should write this review for others to know what they might be up against

The entire townhouse was filthy from the entry way covered in trash to the back porch covered in dirt, and everything in between. The floors were so dirty that we couldn’t even take to steps out of the shower without the bottoms of our feet being black. There was long black hair all over the condo and stuck to the foot of both showers. The fridge and freezer door had some kind of sauce stuck to it. The ice cube trays also had some sort of sauce all over them. The dining room table and coffee table also had a similar substance on the top. The couch and chair were so gross that we sat on our pool towels. The beds were so hard that it felt like we were sleeping on cardboard. The condo was townhouse style with both bedrooms and main bathroom being upstairs which was not advertised and most definitely not preferred but that was the least of the issues. The pool was clean but extremely cold as well as the lazy river. They had great activities and games for the kids and all the staff was wonderful but unfortunately that was our first and last time there. Staff- 5 stars Pool/activity area- 3.9 stars Cleanliness of the condo- 0 stars

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’re like family here at Fantasy World Resort! This was our second visit, and we’re just as happy as the first time. The staff is exceptional — special thanks to Mark and Jose for their amazing service! Our doggie even received a Christmas-themed gift box, which was such a sweet touch. 🐶🎄 The area is super convenient — close to restaurants, quick service spots, and great dining options. Plus, it’s top-notch when it comes to location — only about 10 minutes from the Disney parks! They even offer shuttles to the parks, which makes it even more convenient for families. If we could wish for one thing, it would be for the pet fee to be a little lower, but overall, Fantasy World Resort will always be our go-to place for our Orlando trips. Highly recommend!

Property was nice. Temp of the lazy river and pool was very cool, so cool the kids were piling in the hot tub and using it to swim in. Why not make it a comfortable temperature then everyone can enjoy!! Most resorts heat there pools this one did not in November.

Lots of amenities. Water slides, lazy River, and massive pool with a bar and food service just 20’ ft. away. Basketball court was a small half court and the tennis net sags quite a bit. Friendly staff. Good side jacuzzi. Coffee and smoothy bar, as well as an arcade and gym. Lots to do at the resort and close to many restaurant options.
