My stay was a three night stay. I used expedia to book flight and hotel. I tried to take a shower and it was a bit above room temperature. Definitely couldn’t take a bath if I wanted to. Water was that cold. I picked up the phone in my room to call the front desk to ask about water and the phone didn’t even work. I used my cell phone to call the front desk and someone downstairs picked up the phone did not answer and hung up on me. This happened three times to me so then I went downstairs obviously disappointed. I went to the front desk to question the temp of the water and the woman told me only luke warm showers are available no hot water she said. The next day I came back to the hotel in the afternoon and room was not cleaned. Lady at desk said we only clean after 3 days. The elevators were filthy and needed much cosmetic repair. I went to the pool and the spa was closed and the pool was dirty and the pool deck was in poor condition. On top of that the outdoor pool chairs were filthy and old. I tried to get a refund and the hotel said I did not complain about these issues sooner

The property needs an upgrade in its interior look. Its outdated and drab in the interior except the front desk and dining area. Housekeeping never came during my stay as I worked via laptop during the day. However, 90% of the staff were very friendly and welcoming which helps boosts the probability of a return stay

Staff - I had a $75 incidental hold against my credit card and instead of this being a hold on my card, they actually took the money out of my account. This was 1.5x the room rate. There was no need for this as they didn’t offer a mini bar, so why take this?? When I phoned they said I would have to wait ten days for the money to be returned to me. This is theft. I asked for the manager to call me but of course this didn’t happen. I’m leaving the country today and now have no way to expedite this refund. It’s not good enough.

The stay at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The room conditions were below expectations — the air conditioning was not functioning, and the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room were poor. Additionally, I found the staff to be unhelpful and at times rude, which made the stay unpleasant. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving both the facilities and customer service

Paid almost price of room to check in , was not worth the money to book thuru expedia ..only stayed a couple of hours ..paid extra just to check in before flight completely waste of money especially the qualiy of hotel ... only the staff was decen although still early checking $55 for appox 8hrs. Shuttle services the driver act like you not there assuming didnt like blacks no communication...there service drops of at arrival location so you walked the airport...never stay here again ...normally hilton loyal i see reason why...
