DON'T STAY HERE!

The Manager was INCREDIBLY RUDE! So much so that I checked out early. MOLD, broken elevator, broken hot tub. Lying employees.... The list goes on and on for reasons I will NEVER STAY HERE again.

Place and rooms are not clean,TV did not work in the first room took them 3 hrs to tell me there was nothing they could do to fix it, I had to ask to be moved to a different room. When we got to the new room it has obviously been smoked in and stunk really bad. TV did not work in that room as well but I was able to plug the dish cable in to the TV and get it to work. I went to the front desk just to say the room had been smoked in and it was not us. They didn’t care and were extremely rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

This hotel was average. We only spent 1 night before flying home the next day. Staff seemed over worked, or just not real happy to see us. Rooms could use a proper deep clean, especially behind the beds. We had to get one of the cleaning staff to come and try to clean behind the head board. Pretty disgusting. The door to the bathroom was wonky, looked like it needed a new door. glad we only were there 1 night.

As a fellow guest put it, it's a $50 hotel that cost over $200 with the taxes. Couldn't contact the desk to get the shuttle for 20 minutes, and only then because I called reservations and asked them to help. The elevator was broken, so had to carry our luggage up to the third floor, and back down the next morning. I had to hit the room door with my shoulder to get it to open because it didn't fit the casing. The bathroom ceiling was crumbling and had a hole in it. The air conditioner sounded like it was going to explode. It needs major maintenance and upgrading.

I had made a mistake on the day of our arrival, and the staff changed it for me no problem. Rooms are dated and doors don’t close easily. Elevator was out on our side but didn’t mind taking the stairs. Very pleasant for a 1 night stay

They charged me three times and had to fix charges for the wrong room. Smelled like weed all night coming through the air conditioning, was disgusting and hard to sleep. As a mom it felt unsafe and uncomfortable as a spot to take my kids. Would not recommend.
