Internet access was great. It was easy to get on and remain on. The room was clean and tidy. The winner for me wat the staff. Our front desk attendant was kind, pleasant and extremely welcoming.

What really led to this rating is due to having multiple issues with the key card / door locks not working. Additionally, there was flooding from the upstairs unit into our room. Ironically family members we were staying with at the hotel had the same issue and was able to change rooms. Due to lack of availability, we could not switch ours.

We booked this last minute on the way to Orlando, and I would never stay here again! Our room was covered in mold. Upon further inspection, it looked like there was mold growing on the walls, and they just painted over it. The bathroom ceiling, vents and behind the toilets had mold under the paint. I showed the receptionist the videos and pictures I took, and there was really no apology or attempt to remedy the situation. I know this is an affordable hotel, but having mold covering the room and painting over it instead of fixing it is unacceptable.

The beds were hard as a rock, the breakfast was terrible on the days they served that nasty ham which was most of the days we were there. No bacon at all. It was a place to sleep and the staff was friendly but the pool was tiny and there was nothing to do whatsoever at the hotel other than sleep.

We stayed there recently and liked the location of the hotel by our second night we did not feel safe anymore after a situation have occurred have requested to speak to a manager about the situation but front desk employees kept denying for us to speak with the manager.
