The person who checked me in was AMAZING & VERY HELPFUL!. The hot tub near the pool was dirty. We seen 5 snakes, 1 rat, and cockroaches near the pool. We left of course. The rooms were clean. I didn't like not being able to get more towels without having to pay.

We rented a 2 bedroom suite in building 5. Clean and spacious. Could use some USB outlets for charging. Other than that, no complaints about the room. The elevators need some work. Didn't always work. The security pad to swipe the room key to get to the elevator didn't work. Kids enjoyed the large outdoor pool. Convenient store was nice. Fully stocked with everything we needed. There is also a Pizza Hut Express inside the store.

We got stuck in the elevator, also had the fire alarm going off every 30min only in our room and then the pool had food and bugs inside. Also if you need your room cleaned it’s extra 50$ and there no breakfast either

The pool water was murky and needed to be cleaned. The closet door on the washer and dryer was broken. And when I called for toilet paper one morning at 7:30AM I was told I had to wait an hour. There were no spare rolls in either bathroom. Other than those few issues it was clean and it worked well for our family vacation.

The location of the property can’t be beat - it’s close to all the Disney properties as well as restaurants and grocery stores. Having access to a full kitchen and washing machine is such a bonus, we were able to wash all of our clothes before coming home which takes one less chore off our plate at home. We’ve stayed here twice now and will definitely be back.
