The property was clean and the beds were comfy. The only issue I had was that the plumbing in the bathroom was terrible. The toilet was having issues flushing in both bathrooms.

I love the location and the size of the rooms. The soft furnishings were very worn, dirty and outdated. The bathrooms and kitchen were updated and well maintained. The balcony on the 14th floor was large and amazing fireworks view. The carpet could do with a good cleaning. I would stay again.

Firstly, we were sent to another building (conference center building) than the one we booked. We spent approximately one hour back and forth to get our key card to work. No handicap parking available. There is a Pizza hut under the building. Bed was comfortable but floor is not so clean. Dishes still have left over food on them. Room fans are very dirty with dust (afraid to turn it on because of my daughter asthma). Room is very nice and spacious.
