The location is not what you expect the check in time can be anywhere after 4 o’clock the game room most of the games are broken and if you have a large party, please make sure you get ready to pay for extra towels if there’s not enough in the room as this location charge for them Overall I will not stay at this location again. The staff was unhelpful and everything comes with a hefty cost, and you don’t really get the amenities that you were promised.

The room was nice. Worked great for what we needed it for. The only thing that really sucked was the tolit paper. Good thing Walmart was near by. We were not the only ones who thought so. I saw several people come in with tolit paper they bought.

A little disappointed!

We arrived early and our room was not ready yet. That was understandable; however, they said they were going to text us when it was ready. Check in is at 4 and at 5:20 we still had not received a text. We headed back over to the the hotel and they said they were too busy to send the text. Maybe they should have been worried about their hotel guests and not Easter decorations. Once we got to our room, my brother grabbed a glass only to realize it was actually broken. Upon further inspection, 3 glasses were broken. The sheets could have stood up by themselves with the amount of starch in them, so they were a little crispy! If you are looking for a lower end to mid range hotel, this is the place.

When we arrived, we were told that our room was not ready, and there was no guarantee that our room would be ready by 4 o’clock. They said that check in starts at four with no definite end time for check-in. No one ever answered the front desk when we call. We were informed that we had to call down to the front desk when we were checking out so that they would know that we were leaving because our flight left out very early in the morning however, when I called that morning, no one answered the phone, although they were down in the lobby. The rooms are very outdated. The appliances are outdated, and the furniture was very old. The cushions on the couch and the chairs were very worn down and thin. It is the perfect location just about five minutes from Disney. There’s also shopping nearby. If you’re looking for a spacious affordable space for a family vacation, this hotel is not bad. But you do get what you paid for

I love the three bedroom. It was nice and clean. There was a little problem with the oven but maintenance came over within five minutes and fixed it. Yes I will come back with my family to visit, the staff is very nice and pleasant

Started off rocky and got moderately better. Our first room had many broken items, including my daughter’s bed. Nothing like going to rest after a long day of travel only for the bed frame to come apart underneath her. Asking my husband to fix a bed on vacation was less than ideal. Second daughter got locked in the bathroom after door handle fell off. Trying to call the front desk was near impossible as no one answered. The final straw was coming home after a Disney day to non-working A/C. Requested a room change and the second room was significantly better with far less issues. Having to repack and move wasn’t our idea of an enjoyable day. We will pass on this hotel in the future for sure!

Great staff, okay accommodations

Overall, the place was decent. The check in was easy and the staff was efficient. Everything is very old and outdated, could use some updated and love but it was clean and organized. Our microwave was broken and they fixed it quick! Luggage carts were never found, which made it hard traveling up to the 14th floor. My biggest complaint is there was no blackout curtains. I’ve traveled my whole life and never experienced a place that didn’t have something to cover the windows. It made my kids wake up about 2 hours early and the moon was SO bright in my eyes at night it woke me up a couple of times. The pool was fun for the kids and didn’t feel too crowded and overall we had a decent stay.
