This is our 3rd time staying at LBV resort. My kids LOVE the pool area. This time we noticed an overall difference of feeling run down. I also did not feel comfortable that the elevator area previously needed a room card to enter. This time it was wide open.

The room didn’t look anything like the picture I booked. In addition, I arrived at 4pm and was told room wasn’t ready and I’d have to wait another hour. It was raining outside. I had to ask multiple times for another room and finally they placed me in a room that was outdated compared to photos

We have stayed here a number of times and find it just what we need. Yes, it does need some upkeep as many have mentioned, but for the price, the cleanliness, what we receive, and the condo like amenities--full kitchen, dining room, washer & dryer, three bedrooms, three bathrooms--we can live with the minor wear and tear. We arrived there well before check-in and there was a room ready for us.

We had an amazing little getaway. My only complaint will be the small be near building 2 was to hot for the baby, apart from that we all had a wonderful time.

My family and I stayed there from August 22nd to August 31st. We stayed in the 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom apartment. I love the location and the many outlets stores at very close distance. I love how the room has all the amenities plus jacuzzi tubs, separate shower and toilet. The kitchen has dishwasher, pots, pans, plates, etc. And I also love there's a washer and dryer. Nice views and a nice long balcony. What I do not like about this resort is that, I was here 16yrs ago and the apartment had the same old outdated furniture, curtains, carpet, sheets, etc. The only upgrade I notice from then to now is all the rooms have flat screen TVs. The apartment also has an old smelling odor when you enter.

Cleanliness was ok

It was nice comfortable but the only issue was arriving into the hotel room. I found trash under beds found trash on patio. The handles for kitchen and bathrooms. Glass were not clean water spots everywhere. Other than that everything was in its place as it should

The location and the property was very nice. The minor that I had was that the carpets were old and worn out, the coffee machine was damaged and when asked for a replacement we had to wait 2 hours. I've been there before amd was very pleased but this time it was very different.

I liked how big our suite was, likebthat there was a shuttle to walt disney world that was free, the pirates plunge pool was a hit with my kids and the poolside bar was a nice surprise. However, i didnt like being told there was nothing that could be done when i called the pffice and complained about a neighbor that was being extremely loud after 10 pm and didnt enjoy neing told that there was no housekeeping at the hotel unless you requested it and paid foe it.

The property is good but now you have to pay extra for the room to be cleaned. The United States are getting worse. They try to get more money from you at all means. The same happened to me with the car rental. The tariffs steam to be good but they hide somo other extra fees like mandatory insurances and the sun pass (to pay the tolls at the Florida state)

A great place to stay when with family. Suites are spacious and fully equipped with all you need for your stay at the home away from home. Conveniently located near the major parks and shopping malls. I’m now a member and will be back soon, MARK and Andrès of stay sky was amazing. If you do the tour ask for Andrès.

We stayed at the property for 8 days. The room was huge. We had a 2b2bath. Plenty of room for us and had a full kitchen. Upon checking in we were immediately asked to take part in a time share seminar. We declined and the front desk was kind about it. The pool was awesome, the bar was pricey but everything is. We did have an issue with the clothes dryer and the dishwasher. Maintenance came twice to fix the dryer and it worked well after that. The dishwasher we noticed the day before we left and the front desk asked that we let the person in the morning know when we checked out. The location was awesome. 15 minutes to all Disney parks, universal was about 25 minutes. The walls were very thin and I’d recommend bringing a noise machine if you are a light sleeper.
