The only thing that got me by surprise that at the end of the stay they sent me a message saying you have to throw away all trash into an outside bin, put the AC at 78, turn off all lights and fans. Usually, I pick up and go!!!

We paid for a cottage with a pool. The pool was freezing thre entire time. We asked several times for it to be heated and it never was sobwe never got to use the pool. We could've saved money on a cottage without the pool if we weren't going to be able to use it.

Two only concern water was cool in the shower . In the bedroom that was in the first floor we found a faked lashes in the bed meaning the sheets were dirty and never were changed before we arrived . That definitely was not nice

Upon my arrival I was not fully informed about resort instead I was brought to presentation to cell me vaccination points…. I felt very uncomfortable and pressured in what I did not want and it took 2 hr for me to get out from there ! The sales team member specially one person was very rude after when I said no and don’t want anything!
