Check in was horrible, they also did not communicate anything. I was calling numerous times to ask questions. It was raining as soon as we checked in, our cottage did not have Wifi, I called at 4pm, after 6 phone calls someone finally came at 930pm to reset the router.

G this was a great resort. So much to do on and off the property. We rented 2 cottages and they were wonderful. Great for families. The pool was beautiful as well as the property. So many restaurants and shopping right outside your hotel room door.

had our friend’s bachelorette in one of the cottages. i always stay at margaritaville when given the chance but had never stayed in the cottage. it was absolutely amazing. so cute, huge rooms and living area. beautiful kitchen. the staff was lovely. 100/10.

Perfect for a cute home on the side with all the attractions around.... Least is the Bars in the pool, not putting enough alcohol in the drinks of the margarita (taste like a fruit drink) over charging, and already adding a 20% tip on top of it (which they really don't deserve ).. Won't go to the pool for drinks or food again... I rather bring my own alcohol over there!

My family and I loved it here! Beautiful and super clean property & home. Only small complaint was there was always a long wait for the front desk staff. Limited information regarding trash and housekeeping was given upon check-in. Had to go back and ask questions to get the information needed. Will for sure be back!!

Margaritaville Cottages in Orlando was amazing! The atmosphere was great; exactly what we were looking for. Our cottage was located in the back where it was nice and quiet and felt safe. Our private pool and jacuzzi was the perfect thing to have and we always ended our long days with a cool swim & relaxing in the hot tub. The shuttle was very convenient and we definitely took advantage of that service! The drivers were very nice & knowledgeable. The concierge staff were also very friendly and helpful. The shuttle they offer to the Disney parks was also very convenient. The water park was another great amenity they offered that was a great experience. I loved that there weren’t a lot of people and short lines. They definitely have a lot to offer to make your stay great! The only thing I wish they had, was better food options on site. The menus in all the food locations on site were very limited. You needed to go off site to get good food. The pool bar was great though; as well as the pool bar staff. Lastly, I wish the cottages were equipped with more towels appropriate for the amount people staying in the cottage and taking into account towels needed for swimming. They did bring us towels every time we asked, but it did take a long time for the towels to get to us. Other than that though, our stay was great from the moment we checked in to the moment we had to leave. Margaritaville is beautiful, clean, family friendly and we had an amazing time! We will definitely stay again

The sliding glass door did not lock so I had to have maintenance come fix it. Then the Wi-Fi turned off, so none of the TVs worked called maintenance again. But the real overall reason that I would not return is due to the bed sizes. I requested a king and queen, but received two twins and a full so ultimately that was two full-size beds which is way smaller than what I needed.
