Love this hotel! Quick walk to Disney Springs. Great pool area and pool bar coffee bar snacks arcade. Kids love it here. Great value. Rooms are nice.

Instead of requiring resort fees for amenities we don’t use and charging for parking each night, just build it in to the nightly cost. It’s extremely frustrating to get charged all of these extras when checking in. So much for a cheap rate. It would’ve been cheaper, easier, less noisy and friendlier staff to just stay on Disney property.

Snack/coffee bar was pretty good. The bed was pretty comfortable, but the pillows were bad. Soft to touch but even with 3 pillows, they flattened out to nothing with the cushioning wrapping around your head.

I loved the punctually of the transportation to take us to the parks. The lovelly smell in the lobby. Jeoffrey's and the buffet on the 2nd floor. Would like to go back soon. Didnt have enough time to go to the pool. Would love to go again soon.

Terrible beds and noise air con

Very disappointed Bed comfort = Terrible - My wife weights 110pounds and her back was simply destroyed...this is how bad it was The air com machine was so noise and keepet turning on and off all evening, two nights of really bad sleep The hotel is nice inside but honestly these basic details makes me never want to get back there again.
