Requested a late checkout and was told yes, then received a text confirming normal checkout . Went back to the dest and re confirmed my late checkout, then my key was deactivated. After getting the late checkout confirmed and key reactivated, the fire alarm was tested and went off for 15 mins. I was told I would not be charged for the late checkout because of the fire alarm after completing. Will be reaching out if I am charged for the late checkout.
