Hotellet var ok, men inte prisvärt jämfört med andra hotell vi bott på. Strand City är ett missvisande namn, Utanför fönstret syntes en gata och ett tråkigt hus. Rummet var litet. Dåligt med plats för kläder och väskor. Sängen smal och knarrande. Sänglampan trasig, liksom en persienn. Begränsat utbud på tv:n. Vattenglas saknades. Toasitsen lös. I övrigt trevligt badrum och ett plus för god frukost. Men det löjligt tidskrävande bokningssystemet via Hotels.com drar ner betyget. Ingen möjlighet att ställa en fråga utan att ladda ner en app och chatta med en robot? Lägg in ett direktnummer eller en epost-adress där man kan nå hotellpersonalen direkt, tack!

Otroligt smutsigt rum och toalett /badrum även korridoren hade väldigt smutsiga golv. Saknades kontaktuppgifter till personalen som hade gått hem, qr-koder som skulle scannas för att ge information va obrukbara. Tv slutade fungera efter ca 10 minuter och fanns ingen information att tillgå. Frukosten va inte imponerande. När problemen påtalades till personalen så sa de bara tack för info.
