La habitación limpia, buenas camas y sábanas. Espacio con sofá y mesa. El baño es un poco pequeño en comparación a la habitación. Personal de la recepción es muy amable y disponible. Desayuno en un salón grande de estilo industrial que no guarda mucha relación con el resto del edificio. Calidad media de la comida en el desayuno. Café no es bueno. Muy buena ubicación del hotel aunque no es bonita la calle está cerca de metro y de Dotomburi. Hay decenas de restoranes de todo tipo cerca

The hotel is located in a very nice building right in the middle of Namba. The location was perfect to walk to the market and to other touristic spots in Osaka. The subway and buses were convenient to move around as well. The room was large, had an integrated kitchen, and was very well equipped. The bathroom was smallish, but good and private. Everything was super clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I sent my luggage to another hotel via ta-q-bin and they went out of their way to make sure it arrived on time and was properly received. Breakfast was better than I expected. Overall it offered good value for money, and is a good option to stay in Osaka. I like this chain in general, and this time it hasn't disappointed. I would stay again.

Staff were very helpful, room was nice. Recommend this place if you’re doing a lot of sight seeing/not in the hotel most of the time. The hotel itself doesn’t have much going on with it. There is a food hall downstairs but probably better to eat out in the town for a better food scene. TV didn’t connect to the internet, not a big deal. Not sure if I would categorize this as a 4-star hotel if I’m being 100% honest. Overall, good stay.

Excellent stay, spacious room for 4 of us (family room). Beds and sofa bed were comfy. Very well cleaned, appreciated the slippers. Room had refrigerator and microwave. There was also a shared “kitchen” space on our same floor. We had free coffee and tea. Many used the space to have dinner or breakfast purchased from conv. stores. All staff interactions were cordial and helpful. One helped us book a dinner reservation, another helped us book an extra night, and another just socially chatted with us. The hotel overall was very nice and clean. I think it meets the standards expected based on the price paid.
