Parking sucked. Everything else was perfect. Staff was great. Room was great. Some of the reviews must be old or guests were bitter because i did not experience any of the issues complained about.

The room they gave to us was in a construction area covering the door with plastic and also the window. They need to pay more attention to customer service. The room was with holes in the wall were outlet's suppose to be .

The staff at front desk was excellent! They were friendly and helpful. However the room was not what I expected. In need of repair and upgrades. The sink was plugged and the shower didn’t get hot. Not only that but the next morning after arriving the staff was so loud starting at 830am. Apparently they were painting and the workers had music playing and were talking loudly to each other. I tried calling down to front desk and that’s when I discovered that the phone in the room didn’t work. I used my cell to call and they said that they could move us to a new room. Few hours later we were moved to a different room, that was said to be an upgrade. However, in this new room you can tell the corners had been cut as well. Closet door missing, bathroom sink knob completely broken. We had to screw it on to turn the water on and off. This is not what I expected considering we paid over $200 a night at this place. Although the front desks staff was amazing, I will not be able to advise anyone to stay here or myself.

A beautiful, historic hotel in an unbelievably beautiful location - It has been through many renovations and has some chips in the paint etc, but it is incredibly clean, including the in-room jacuzzi tubs, which is not often the case with those! The staff also went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and safe as a solo female traveler. I will happily return!

Great location across the street from beach

Great location, loved the jacuzzi in the room, and the view from the big shared patio just in front of the room. The fridge made a weird noise most of the time but we never complained (was almost a white noise). They told us to put out a door hanger to indicate if we wanted the room cleaned. We didn’t have the door hanger and asked the cleaning person in person (she was right next door), and we also later called the front desk. We had to ask a third time to finally get service. Also, no ice machines…had to go to the front desk to pick up ice.

The hotel is always our first-pick, when traveling to Pacifica. The rooms have great views, lovely hot-tubs, and is so close to the beach. We highly recommend this hotel for a trip and always make an effort to come here every year.

The front desk receptionist was very unfriendly didn't give any extra information about the property handed me the keys and said where the room was. No pool towels 2 chairs which were way to big and not safe for the small area. there were 4 people only 2 towels ! wash rag.
