The worst stat I’ve ever had! From the start we were disappointed in the room. The beach view was completely blocked by overgrown palm trees flowing onto the balcony. Then there was no curtain hanging on the window facing the balcony and the window in the front room right by the front public balcony and stairwell was 8 inches too short showing right into our bedroom! Then we realized our toilet didn’t flush. We reported this to the staff I was told management would contact me and possibly switch our room. That never happened, and we were given a plunger for the toilet which did no good. Eventually the smell filled the whole room. I let the front desk know the toilet was getting worse and voiced my complaints many times but nothing was ever done. We also realized that we had no pots n pans in the room so the stove and half the food we brought with us was useless! The room was just dingy and run down. The lamps were crooked one literally just had a lamp shade balanced on top of the light bulb. The refrigerator was off balance and shook like it was gonna tip every time we opened it. The plates and silverware were all dirty like they had only been rinsed off and put back in the cabinet. Half the kitchen cabinets didn’t even open. The pool area was dirty and run down, the pool grates on the deck were all busted some completely popped out being a serious health hazard. The pool is open so anyone off the streets can just walk right in and it was clear that was happening. Worst Ever

DO NOT COME HERE, please

I have stayed here previously and it was okay. But this last time…. Was the last. Do not book here. Not worth it, you can book elsewhere, where it is more comfortable. Got the room with kitchen and the stove didn’t even work, went to the office and the office had a very long line of people waiting. The elevator is the worst and slowest ever, only one of them worked. Toilet seat moved because it was broken from one side. And parking is very very limited on property, if you don’t get it there, you have to park across the street near abandon building. Awful experience.

Well, this could take a minute when we first got there. The bathroom door fell off of my hands when I was opening it then went out the front door to inform them of the problem and then came back, and the lock wouldn’t work at least five times a day. Every other time you went out the door of the lock would not work. And then got ready to get in bed and the bed was falling apart and then got up and then the water was out for the day and the list does go on very very bad experience, but the golf was beautiful.

This hotel has a lot of hidden fees that they do not tell you about! When I got to the desk to check in the attendant told me that I had to give her $213 and she promised that I would get that back at checkout the whole amount. Check out comes and the next attendance says oh no you only get 153 of that back and it can take up to 30 days.

The view was very nice. The cleanliness was terrible. The property is in disrepair. We had issues with the hairdryer, not working. One of the televisions had issues. Never got our room cleaned in six days that we stayed there. I had to chase the cleaning people to get clean towels. We had no hot water for two days. The door to the balcony wouldn’t lock, which was very uneasy for us. The worst hotel I’ve have ever stayed at.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean . Other tourists were nice and respectable. My only complaint is that the continental breakfast area was no longer in use. Every other time that we went, it was available. But not this time. With the cost of the rooms, i think a continental breakfast should be included and when we talked to other tourists, they said the same thing

Great price, loved having kitchen and separate bedroom. Staff at front desk are awesome. Building is older, it is a 2 star not 4 star. But then price would be more. Kitchen wasn’t very supplied but we had brought what we needed. Very nice trip. I will stay again!!

Upon check-in, we were informed the view that we paid for was obstructed, but they would be able to change our room the next day. Our room was not cleaned the first couple of days until I complained at the front desk. Garbage cans were not provided until asked for and had to be emptied by us at the large can at the end of the hall. There was also no hot water for two days. However, the beach was beautiful and the pool and the tiki bar were quite nice. There was also coffee provided in the lobby. Overall a very disappointing experience and would definitely not recommend.

Property neat, workers displayed hospitality in the highest fashion unfortunately, I paid extra for top floor which we did not receive, the bathroom door was broken to where it won’t close, there was no hot water, the sofa bed was also broken as I had to explain to my wife and kids why we didn’t get what I paid for and no support from management above regular on ground employees. Not to mention this was my gift to my wife for her birthday driving way from Louisiana.
