Tämä 2 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneen huvila sijaitsee Paradise Islandilla kirjaimellisesti vain muutaman askeleen päässä One & Only Ocean Clubista ja Atlantiksen maailmasta! Äskettäin uusitut uudet kylpyhuoneet ja keittiö tämä valoisa ilmastoitu huvila on oma uima-allas omalla pihalla, ulkona BBQ grilli, pesukone kuivausrumpu ja 2 autolla ajotieltä lisää pysäköinti Casino Drive. Ocean Park on hyvin yksityinen, lähellä Paradise Islandin mukavuuksia, hyvä turvallisuus ja helpon pääsyn Nassaun keskustaan.
Tämä huvila sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Cabbage Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi ulkouima-altaan, aamiaisen (lisämaksusta) ja pyykinpesutilat. Huvilassa tarjoaa asiakkaille yksityisen uima-altaan ja keittiön.

we didn't have a breakfast, so that's not applicable. The Villa was almost perfect for what we needed. great location, great space, and it was well stocked for our little traveling family. Leading up to the stay, the staff (kent, and team) were absolutely amazing. I sent a message or 2 while I was there, and didn't get a response. No big deal, just pointing it out. Having a washer/dryer was CLUTCH, having beach towels was amazing! seriously, WELL done!. They Dryer didn't work well when we got there. we had to run it through 3-4 cycles to get clothes close to dry. it stopped drying all together in the middle of the stay and I took wet clothes over to nassau to a laundromat before we flew home. Not management's fault, but I wanted to pass it along. My Kids LOVED their time on PI, and loved staying at your villa. You all are doing a great job!

This is my third time staying here. Great location, walking distance to beach, dining and shopping. The space is clean, private and the neighborhood is quaint with the Atlantis as the backdrop. We stayed during Hurricane Imelda and the staff checked on us and were very accomodating. Thank you!

The property is good for short stays. The bikes were completely rusted and some had broken handles. The king bed was not comfortable. The floors were dirty when we checked in. The showers and sinks had to run for 10 minutes so the water would heat up. The location is very nice if you are visiting Atlantis, only a 5 minute walk. Overall, sufficed well for us but definitely room for improvement.

Work/vacation getaway

The location of property was excellent .. walking distance to Atlantis , beach and golf .. was very quiet and secure .. lots of space with 2 bedrooms and two baths .. and private pool which we used a few times. Would definitely rent again if back in the Bahamas in the future.

Quiet and Private and Just Right

I vacationed for a week with my 13yo and 10yo. It was perfect to have a small villa with a kitchen for lazy breakfasts and simple dinners. Also important are the washer and dryer in the unit, plus a private outdoor pool area. . Everything was as I expected or better and communication was smooth.

This was a family trip of mom and teenage children. We felt very safe here. There was a locking gate to get to the pool and an electronic keypad for the house. The house is an older home but kept up nice and was clean. We used the onsite washer and dryer throughout the trip. The onsite private pool was small but very nice and private. There is a small crowded parking area between the houses or street parking. We used both at times. There is one restaurant and public beach within a short walking distance. We did have a rental car that helped with getting around. There is a nice small shopping center with Dunkin, grocery store, and a couple restaurants that could be walkable but would take a little longer.

Villa on Paradise island

The Villa was okay. It was not as nice as described. Kitchen had an ant problem. When it rains it floods by front door so feet get soaked when trying to leave. It is private on street parking no parking at Villa. Over all was okay for our stay. For the price I expected better.

Cute and Quiet

The house was just as pictured. We discovered quiet quickly that we liked staying on the Paradise Island side rather than New Providence for possible trips in the future. The neighborhood was clean and safe and the people were so friendly. The house suited all our needs and it felt comfortable. The only negative was that we were given an early check in (normal check in was 3:00 pm) because we landed at noon. We had been awake going on 24 hours and when we arrived were told the house was not ready and hadn’t been cleaned. We were taken to their other property, Silk Cotton Villas, and had to stay there almost two hours until our house was cleaned. The hostess at the Silk Cotton Villas was very kind and accommodating but we were exhausted and just wanted to be in our house. Overall it was a great trip.

A great hideaway on Paradise Island

We loved our stay here. The property was private, quiet, clean and unique. The beds were super comfortable and we slept great! We enjoyed our private courtyard and pool. Everything was within walking distance. Check in was a little confusing because the property was referred to as silk cotton villas which is on Nassau and Ocean Park Villas. The actual property is Ocean Park villas. They also didn’t tell us in the instructions that we needed someone to let us into the property. But we called the number given and everything was fine. The 3 bikes provided is a great feature but 2 had flat tires. They have a bike pump but the adapters weren’t specific to bike tires and the air wouldn’t go in. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely return.

Nice property

The house was very clean and centrally located. We could walk to the beach, restaurants, activities, etc. The owners were very helpful and patient with my questions and they provided great information on the local area. The taxi recommendation was awesome.

Exactly what the doctor ordered

Both my wife and I were looking for a good getaway to skip the hectic life for a while and we found this to be exactly what the doctor ordered clean, convenient, Great location could not have asked for any better!! Make sure you give Viola’s a try well worth it We will be back.

Love this place!! I would stay again!

This place was perfect for me and my friend! It was very clean, cozy, and the set up the house was nice. We loved having our own private pool and enclosed outdoor space to relax and enjoy! The villa is very private and quiet which was nice but would also be great for a small family with kids. It is within walking distance of many things but within walking distance to Viola’s Restaurant and Cabbage Beach. The property owners were wonderful and it was very easy to communicate with them. We would definitely visit this place again for sure!

Relaxing and close to Atlantis

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very close to both a great beach and all the restaurants at Atlantis. Our family of 4 was very comfortable and enjoyed the pool. The property manager was very helpful, brought us a cheese grater, extra bedding, and even toilet paper when the convenience store ran out. It was a great stay and I would definitely stay again.

Great stay

The property was very clean with all the amenities. Kent was amazing! He was always was available even when we accidentally lost the house key. The only downfall was the puddle of water at the front door after it rains. It does dry up but because it rained a lot during our stay, it was always there. Beach is 2 blocks away and it's a quiet area, close to everything. Overall, would recommend staying here again!

The perfect home away from home.

It was the perfect home away from home. Management was very responsive and the property was as described. My son was participating in an international regatta and his two younger siblings joined me there to support him. The house was within walking distance to the Atlantis where my sailor was staying with the rest of his team. We needed a place with a kitchen because of one of my sons' gluten-free diet. The pool was a lifesaver because my two younger children preferred to swim there daily instead of the beach due to the scorching heat. The management company provides a shuttle service at a very reasonable price because of that we were able to get around without a car or paying for the expensive taxi service. We will definitely stay at Ma's place again if we ever visit Bahama again.
