Absolutely loved this hotel. Room was small but very cosy and clean. Staff were so friendly. it was our Wedding Anniversary and they really made it special. Will almost definitely stay here again.

Great property with attentive staff and amazing views in the balcony suites. It’s in very active and popular area especially at night so take that into consideration. Otherwise fantastic.

I’ll start by saying I’d definitely come back here - the area is really great if you want lots of good restaurants and bars, and there are so many metro stops nearby, you can easily get to basically anywhere in central Paris. Our room was a really good size (corner room) and nicely decorated. On arrival it was really clean too. Robes and nespresso machine were a nice touch. The bathroom was a great size and did have a bath, also the water pressure was amazing! The main issue I had were that our room was not cleaned properly at all during a 3 night stay. On our second day (so after night 1) the bed was made up but bins not emptied, towels not collected from floor, toilet paper and water not restocked etc - literally just bed made and that was it. On the third day (after night 2), we did initially turn down the cleaning service as it came while we were in the room. However when I came back to the room in the afternoon after having been out, a maid was in the bedroom. I said “I’ll come back” (in French) and she stayed in there but nothing AT ALL was done - not even the bed. I raised this with reception, more for info than anything, and bizarrely almost ended up in an argument with their head of maintenance who just didn’t want to accept that standards had fallen short. It was v strange!! We didn’t try the restaurant downstairs other than for a drink, so can’t comment on the food. Overall I would return here for the room size and convenience.

My upgraded room was nice, The restaurant - Frenchie Pigalle - was spectacular. However, I wish the hotel had more spacious public spaces. The interior halls were tiny and the location very busy making the hotel feel cramped and noisy. I know the 'stars' in France are more about hair dryers and bathrobes so they don't express accurately the graciousness of a hotel - a comodius lobby, quiet easily traversed hallways, a hotel bar, adequate closet space. I think a 4 star hotel should have all of these things.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Location has lots really good and varied food options (including the hotel’s restaurant!). It’s also close enough to be walkable to many attractions. It’s clean and rooms were comfortable but like most in Paris, on the smaller side. Lobby area is a sofa and shared with the restaurant. So barely any common space but not an issue for us as we enjoyed being out most of the time. Would happily book there again. If you relish quiet, get a higher floor or room that faces the back. If you like the city vibe and feeling immersed in the neighborhood get a street view. We had a room with a street view and one to the back. Both had advantages- street offered a fun people watching whereas the back room was chill and the windows could stay open at night.

Couldn’t recommend enough - wonderful

We had a wonderful stay here. The perfect location, lovely rooms and fab staff. They emailed a few days before our arrival to check what time we would be getting there to see if we could have the room ready for us- which they did. We were also upgraded to a bigger room which was wonderful and had stunning balconies and views. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the hotel was truly beautiful with great amenities and a very comfortable bed. I’ve stayed at their sister hotels before and they are also lovely I could not recommend this hotel or hotel chain enough and will definitely return when I’m back in Paris. My new favourite spot in Paris.

My Parisian Dream

My stay was a Parisian dream. From getting an actual key at check in, to the fuzzy robes, to my balcony overlooking the surreal Parian rooftops- My accommodation was top tier. Now on to the restaurant Frenchie- the food was spectacular. I had the opportunity to sit at the bar so I was able to see the chefs work. It was amazing how they were able to produce such innovative dishes and keep the work area so clean. The service was attentive and anticipated my every need.
