Our room was extremely hot. We travelled in mid-October and the staff indicated that there is no cool air or fans available in the off season. We just lay in bed sweating all night unable to sleep. No windows to open. Very uncomfortable night. Good breakfast and close to airport. We asked for extra pillows. They were delivered promptly but no pillow cases were provided. Weird.

Restaurant was fine. Hotel very average and needs some TLC. The big issue is the very misleading 'shuttle' to the airport. Do not be misled. It is not an airport to hotel shuttle. You have to carry your luggage, hop on a train and walk to the hotel. Expedia should verify this before advertising as 'shuttle'.

Terrible service

1. The room was OK but with nothing in the room, no water no coffee no pot. Nothing at all only two paper cup. I travel more than 60 years but did not have experience of this terrible service. 2. Was cold outside. I wanted to turn on the heater. I can turn on the cooler only. 3. Bed cover: even though it was cold, I was sweating and felt very very unpleasant and found out that the bed cover was a plastic which I’ve never seen before. It is so terrible. 4. Misleading description.: I was lured by the description hotel airport transportation included. Later I found out I have to walk and take a train to the hotel. It would have been better to explain to take a train to terminal three in walk as if you’re paying for the hotel pick up.

The staff were so helpful and welcoming! They upgraded us to a late checkout, made sure we found the shuttle, arranged for our party to have rooms close together. The breakfast was plentiful and varied and delicious This is my second stay here and if I come back to Paris I would hope to stay here again

No room service at all. No coffe/tea. No water kettle. No shampoo in shower. 1 hand towel for 2 guests. Staff friendly. Proudly announcing that the shuttle is included in the pricing ... "shuttle" is a train free for all who stay in that area. Makes you believe you get a bus ride or something like that but you have to use that train. A bit misleading. Breakfast buffet very nice.
